PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Tanglix ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use
the App. Please read it carefully. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
1. WHO WE ARE
Tanglix is a single-player puzzle game published by the Tanglix development team. If you have any

2. THE SHORT VERSION
Tanglix does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. The App works entirely
offline. Everything you do stays on your device.
3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect any of the following:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
- Your precise or approximate location
- Your contacts, calendar, photos, camera, or microphone
- Your device advertising identifier (IDFA) or any advertising profile
- Any browsing history, usage analytics, or behavioural profile
- Any payment or financial information
The App requests no system permissions of any kind.
4. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
To make the game work, the App saves a small amount of data locally on your device using the
standard iOS preferences store. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to us or to
anyone else. It consists of:
- Your level progress and star ratings
- Your in-game coin balance and unlocked cosmetic items
- Your daily challenge streak and completion dates
- Your achievement progress and gameplay statistics
- Your sound and haptic feedback preferences
You can erase all of this at any time from Settings > Reset Progress. Deleting the App from your
device also removes this data permanently.
5. NETWORK ACTIVITY
The App does not make network requests during normal use. It has no accounts, no leaderboards, no
online multiplayer, no advertising, and no analytics service. Puzzle levels are generated on your
device.
If you choose to use the share feature, the system share sheet is opened and the content you share
is handled by whichever app you select. That transfer is governed by the privacy policy of the app
you choose, not by ours.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from
anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because we collect no personal information at all,
we have no data about children to disclose, retain, or delete.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App does not embed advertising networks, analytics providers, social login providers, or
crash-reporting services that transmit personal information.
Apple may collect certain information in connection with your download and use of apps from the
App Store. That collection is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not by ours.
8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Because we do not receive your data, we do not retain it. Locally stored game data remains on your
device until you reset progress or uninstall the App. To request information about this policy,
write to support@tanglix.app and we will respond within 30 days.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to access,
correct, delete, or port your personal data, and the right not to be discriminated against for
exercising those rights.
Because the App collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, port, or
delete on your behalf. All game data is under your direct control on your own device. We do not
sell or share personal information, so there is no opt-out to exercise.
10. COOKIES AND TRACKING
The App does not use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, or any cross-app or cross-site tracking
technology. It does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt because it does not track you.
11. SECURITY
Game data is stored using the standard protections provided by iOS. Because no data is transmitted
off the device, there is no transmission for an attacker to intercept.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated"
date at the top and publish the new version both inside the App and at our policy URL. Continued
use of the App after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
