This Privacy Policy explains how TrioTile ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles
information when you use the App. By using TrioTile, you agree to the practices described
below.
1. WHO WE ARE
TrioTile is a single-player, offline tile-matching puzzle game. If you have any questions
about this policy, contact us at support@triotile.app.
2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
TrioTile does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email
address, phone number, or any other personal identifier. We do not collect, sell, or share
personal information. We do not use advertising identifiers and we do not track you across
apps or websites owned by other companies.
3. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
To make the game work, TrioTile saves the following information locally on your device only:
- Your level progress, stars, and unlocked content
- Your in-game coin balance and purchased tile skins
- Your preferences, such as sound on/off and the last selected theme
This data stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party. If you
delete the App, this locally stored data is removed with it. You may also clear it at any
time using "Reset Progress" in Settings.
4. NO THIRD-PARTY ANALYTICS OR ADVERTISING
TrioTile does not embed third-party analytics, attribution, or advertising SDKs. The App
does not build a profile of you and does not perform behavioral tracking.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
TrioTile is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect any personal
information from children. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, no
special data is gathered from children.
6. DATA SECURITY
Because your game data never leaves your device, there is no transfer of personal data for us
to protect in transit. Your device's own security controls protect the locally stored data.
7. YOUR CHOICES
- You can turn sound off in Settings.
- You can reset all local progress and preferences using "Reset Progress" in Settings.
- You can remove all App data by deleting the App from your device.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last
updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated
policy.

TERMS OF USE

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using TrioTile ("the App"). By
downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do
not agree, do not use the App.
1. LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and
use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal,
non-commercial entertainment, and subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms
and Conditions.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree that you will not:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by
applicable law;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App;
- remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices; or
- use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
3. IN-APP CONTENT AND VIRTUAL ITEMS
The App may include virtual items such as coins and tile skins earned through gameplay.
Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are
licensed to you, not sold. We may modify or discontinue virtual items at any time.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App and all of its content, including graphics, artwork, gem designs, logos, and code,
are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms
do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE
UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF
OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES.
7. TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate
automatically if you fail to comply with any of them. Upon termination, you must stop using
the App and delete all copies.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the
Terms were last changed. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, without regard to
conflict-of-laws principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
