These Terms govern the use of the TriFront application (the “App”) provided by the Operator. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
“User” means any person using the App.
“Account” means credentials or identifiers used for authentication (including tokens).
“In-App Items” means stamina, rewards, points, entitlements, or other benefits provided within the App.
“Paid Features” means features or entitlements provided for a fee through in-app purchases or similar methods.
“Rated Matches” means a mode and/or system that uses ratings (numerical evaluations) and rankings, including future implementations.
2. Eligibility and Minors
You are responsible for preparing and maintaining your device and network connection at your own cost.
Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the App or purchasing Paid Features.
3. Accounts and Authentication
The App may use authentication information (e.g., email) to provide login features.
You must safeguard your credentials and must not allow third parties to use them.
You must update your account information using the method specified by the Operator, where applicable.
4. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion at any time via the in-app My Page or by contacting the Operator.
Once deleted, your data may not be recoverable.
We may retain minimal logs for fraud prevention, debugging, and legal compliance (see Privacy Policy).
The scope of deletion will be explained in-app or in response to your inquiry.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in:
Illegal acts or acts against public order and morals
Unauthorized access, tampering, analysis, reverse engineering, or cheating/automation (bots)
Interfering with the operation of the App or imposing excessive load
Harassment, defamation, discrimination, or impersonation
Manipulating In-App Items, records, match results, ratings, rankings, or rewards by improper means
Exploiting vulnerabilities/bugs for gain or sharing such methods
Any other conduct the Operator reasonably deems inappropriate
6. Enforcement
If the Operator reasonably determines that you have violated (or may violate) these Terms, the Operator may take necessary measures without prior notice, including: restricting access to all or part of the App, suspending/deleting your account, and invalidating/adjusting/rolling back In-App Items, records, match results, ratings, rankings, and rewards.
7. In-App Items, Changes, and Game Balance
In-App Items are usable only within the App and have no monetary value outside the App.
The Operator may change features, values, balance, conditions, or acquisition methods as necessary for operation.
The Operator may correct past records or results to fix issues or maintain fairness.
8. Rated Matches / Rankings
Rating calculations, matchmaking, rankings, seasons, resets, and reward conditions follow in-app notices.
Due to latency, disconnections, bugs, or anti-fraud measures, results, ratings, rankings, and rewards may change until finalized and may be corrected later.
The Operator may invalidate specific match results and adjust ratings/records/rewards to maintain fairness.
9. Paid Features, Billing, and Refunds
Prices, payment methods, and contents follow in-app and/or store listings.
Except as required by law or platform policies, purchases are non-refundable. Refund procedures follow the store’s rules.
Paid Features may be changed as necessary for operation (see Section 7).
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Operator or licensors. You may use the App only within the scope permitted by these Terms. You must not copy, modify, redistribute, publicly transmit, or commercially use the App without prior permission. If the Operator publishes separate guidelines for screenshots/videos, you must follow them.
11. Use of Generative AI as an Auxiliary Tool
Some images, text, design elements, and other materials included in this app may have been created or edited with the assistance of generative AI tools.
The final content, game rules, features, and displayed materials are reviewed and managed by the developer.
12. Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of completeness, accuracy, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Operator is not liable for damages caused by network/device failures, data loss, or third-party services (ads, authentication, cloud, etc.) except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
13. Changes to Terms
The Operator may update these Terms as needed. Changes and the effective date will be notified in-app or by other reasonable methods. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law / Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court (or the Nagoya Summary Court, depending on the claim amount) as the court of first instance.
15. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
16. Language
If there is any conflict between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version prevails.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、運営者が提供するアプリ「TriFront」（以下「本アプリ」）の提供条件および利用者の権利義務を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第1条（定義）
「運営者」とは、本アプリを運営する個人または法人をいいます。
「利用者」とは、本アプリを利用するすべての者をいいます。
「アカウント」とは、メールログインその他の認証に用いる情報または識別子（認証トークン等を含む）をいいます。
「ゲーム内アイテム等」とは、スタミナ、報酬、ポイント、権利、その他本アプリ内で提供される利益をいいます。
「有料機能」とは、アプリ内課金等により対価を得て提供される機能または権利をいいます。
「レーティング戦」とは、レート（数値評価）やランキング等に基づく対戦モード、またはそれらの仕組みをいいます（将来実装を含みます）。
第2条（利用条件・未成年者）
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、自己の費用と責任で通信端末および通信環境を準備するものとします。
未成年者は、親権者等の法定代理人の同意を得たうえで本アプリを利用および有料機能の購入を行うものとします。
第3条（アカウント・認証）
本アプリは、ログイン機能提供のため、メールアドレス等の認証情報を利用する場合があります。
利用者は、自己の責任において認証情報を管理し、第三者に利用させてはなりません。
利用者は、運営者の定める方法により、アカウント情報の変更・更新を行うものとします。
第4条（アカウント削除）
利用者は、本アプリ内のマイページまたは運営者への問い合わせを通じて、いつでもアカウント削除を申請できます。
削除後は、原則として復元できません。
不正防止、不具合調査、法令対応等のため、削除後も一定期間、必要最小限の記録を保持する場合があります（詳細はプライバシーポリシー参照）。
削除対象・削除範囲は、アプリ内表示または問い合わせ対応時に案内します。
第5条（禁止事項）
利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
法令または公序良俗に反する行為
不正アクセス、改ざん、解析、リバースエンジニアリング、ボット・チート・自動化等を用いた不正行為
本アプリの運営を妨害する行為、過度な負荷を与える行為
他の利用者への嫌がらせ、誹謗中傷、差別的行為、なりすまし
不正な手段によるゲーム内アイテム等、戦績、レート、ランキング等の取得・操作
脆弱性・不具合を悪用した利益取得、またはその方法の共有
その他、運営者が不適切と合理的に判断する行為
第6条（措置・利用制限・停止）
運営者は、利用者が本規約に違反し、または違反のおそれがあると合理的に判断した場合、事前通知なく、以下を含む必要な措置を講じることができます。
本アプリの全部または一部の利用制限
アカウントの停止・削除
不正に取得されたゲーム内アイテム等、記録、戦績、レート、ランキング、報酬等の無効化・調整・巻戻し
その他、運営上必要と判断する措置
第7条（ゲーム内アイテム等・仕様・バランス）
ゲーム内アイテム等は、本アプリ内でのみ利用でき、金銭的価値を有しません。
運営者は、運営上の必要に応じて、バランス、仕様、数値、提供条件、入手方法等を変更できます。
不具合修正、公正性維持、または誤動作の解消のため、過去の記録・数値・配布結果等を補正する場合があります。
第8条（レーティング戦・ランキング）
レート算定方法、マッチング、ランキング、シーズン制、リセット、報酬条件等は、アプリ内の表示または告知に従います。
通信遅延、切断、不具合、不正対策等の理由により、対戦結果・戦績・レート・ランキング・報酬が確定まで変動し、または後日訂正される場合があります。
運営者は、公正性維持のため、特定の対戦結果を無効化し、レート・戦績・報酬等を調整する場合があります。
第9条（有料機能・課金・返金）
有料機能の料金、支払方法、提供内容等はアプリ内または各ストアの表示に従います。
法令またはプラットフォームの規定により必要な場合を除き、購入は原則として返金されません。返金可否および手続は各ストアの規定に従います。
運営上の必要により有料機能の内容・提供方法が変更される場合があります（第7条参照）。
第10条（知的財産権）
本アプリに関する著作権、商標権その他一切の知的財産権は運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
利用者は、本規約に基づく利用の範囲でのみ本アプリを利用できます。運営者の事前承諾なく、本アプリの全部または一部を複製、改変、再配布、公衆送信、商用利用等してはなりません。
スクリーンショット・動画投稿等の取扱いについて、運営者が別途ガイドラインを定めた場合、利用者はそれに従うものとします。
第11条（生成AIの補助的利用について）
本アプリに含まれる一部の画像、文章、デザイン素材等は、生成AIを補助的に利用して作成・編集されている場合があります。
最終的な内容、ゲームルール、機能、表示内容については開発者が確認・管理しています。
第12条（免責・責任制限）
運営者は、本アプリの完全性、正確性、継続性、特定目的への適合性についていかなる保証も行いません。
通信障害、端末障害、データ消失、外部サービス（広告、認証、クラウド等）の不具合等により生じた損害について、運営者に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、運営者は責任を負いません。
第13条（規約変更）
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。
変更内容および効力発生日は、アプリ内告知または運営者が適切と判断する方法で周知します。
効力発生日以降に利用者が本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
第14条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、本アプリに関して生じた紛争については、名古屋地方裁判所（訴額等により名古屋簡易裁判所）を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
第15条（分離可能性）
本規約の一部が無効または執行不能と判断された場合でも、当該部分を除く本規約は継続して有効に存続するものとします。
第16条（言語）
本規約の日本語版と英語版に齟齬がある場合、日本語版が優先します。

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles user information.
1. Information Collection
We may collect:
Authentication info: email, authentication tokens, etc.
Gameplay data: match records, results, settings, progress, owned items, and (including future implementations) rating/ranking-related data.
Device/log info: OS/app version, crash/error logs, and network-related information (which may include IP address).
Ad-related info: Ad IDs such as IDFA/AAID and data necessary for ad delivery/measurement.
This app does not provide any feature that sends users’ personal information, account information, gameplay data, or input content to generative AI services.
2. Purpose of Use
We use data for:
Providing the App (login, storage, match processing, and rating/ranking processing).
Fraud prevention, fairness maintenance, and security measures.
Quality improvement (bug/crash investigation, performance improvement).
Advertising and measurement (may include personalized ads).
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services. These providers process data under their own privacy policies, and data may be processed on servers outside your country.

3.2 Google AdMob
Ad serving and measurement
We may update this list if/when additional services are introduced.
4. Ads / Personalization
The App displays ads and may use advertising identifiers.
Tracking (e.g., IDFA) and personalized ads may depend on OS settings and consent.
You may be able to opt out of ad personalization via device settings.
5. Retention / Security
We retain data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above.
We apply reasonable safeguards such as access controls.
6. Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your account and related data via the in-app My Page or by contacting us.
We may retain minimal logs for fraud prevention, debugging, and legal compliance.
Deletion may take some time to complete.
The scope of deletion will be explained in-app or in response to your inquiry.
