Probably outdated but it's supposed to restrict your data to be seen by the current website only and not other third party.
Besdies these ads related add-ons, I also have KeepassXC and IDM.
KeepassXC: It is a self-host password manager so it's less dependent on third party to hold your passwords. From the Lastpass vulnerability scandal in 2022, I realized that maybe I shouldn't trust these big companies too much.
IDM: It's a good old internet manager that I have used forever from the first time I'm on the internet on the XP Window in the primary school computer lab.
