Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how VCQApp ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Tricky Words mobile application ("Application").
By using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Tricky Words is primarily a local game. Your game progress and game-related settings may be stored locally on your device.
This may include:
Level progress
Hints and in-game currency
Sound/settings preferences
Other game state required to provide the game functionality
This locally stored game information is not automatically transmitted to us as a personal user account.
The Application may allow third-party services, such as Google AdMob, to automatically process certain technical and usage information required to provide advertising and related services.
Depending on the applicable configuration and your consent choices, this may include:

Device type and operating system
Advertising identifier
General application usage information
Advertising interaction information
Diagnostic and performance information
We do not use this information to create a personal profile of you ourselves.
Tricky Words uses a free-to-play model with Rewarded Ads.
Users may voluntarily choose to watch a rewarded advertisement in exchange for in-game hints.
The Application currently uses Google AdMob to provide rewarded advertisements.
Google AdMob may collect and process information such as device identifiers, IP address, advertising identifiers, and advertising or app usage information in accordance with Google's privacy practices and the user's applicable consent choices.
We do not currently use banner, native, or interstitial advertising in Tricky Words.
In the future, we may use additional advertising mediation partners for rewarded advertisements. If additional advertising partners are introduced, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
Where required by applicable law, the Application uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent for personalized advertising and related data processing.
Users may be presented with privacy choices depending on their location and applicable regulations.
Advertising preferences may also be affected by settings available on the user's device.
Tricky Words may offer optional in-app purchases that allow users to obtain additional hints.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card, bank account, or other payment instrument information.
Payment processing is handled by Google Play according to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
The Application may use third-party services necessary to provide advertising, purchases, consent management, and basic application functionality.

Google AdMob — rewarded advertising
Google Play Billing — in-app purchases

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not maintain a personal user account database for Tricky Words.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the game.

Because Tricky Words is primarily a local game, much of the game's progress and settings are stored directly on the user's device.
You can generally remove locally stored game data by:
Clearing the Application's data through your Android device settings; or
Uninstalling the Application.
Information processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob or Google Play is subject to the respective provider's data retention and deletion policies.
