Tribal Society has been working for Narikuravar tribal children education and development since 2007. It has wide experience of Residential Special Training Centre (RSTC) for Narikurava tribal children.

Tribal society is running a RSTC in Derek Community Centre which is located at rural area in Tamilnadu which aims to provide good education, food and nourishment to tribal children of above said community. 

The Tribal society aims to provide quality education and zero school drop out in its project area. The society offering various welfares of women empowerment, livelihood support and training and development.
