The Parent/Athlete meeting will be in Fairmount on March 7th at 6 P.M. At this meeting we will
Varsity practice will start on March 11th. The first two weeks of practice will be in our own gyms. The first full group practice will be on March 25th with the first meet being ran on 26th in Aberdeen.
Once we start practicing in one location, practice will start at 4 or shortly after. If you have an conflicts with practice please talk to one of the coaches as soon as possible. Practice will go until roughly 5:30.

If this is your first sport of the year, you will need to turn in a physical form to your home district AD before we start practice.
If you want to get a head start on conditioning before the season starts, you will want to focus on bodyweight exercise. Be sure to look at the Dynamic Flexibility video, the Strength Training Circuit, and the 29 Ab Exercises.
Coach Fritz will be helping out this year in a limited setting. Her availability is not yet know, but she will let me know when and how she is able to help once the season begins.

ATHLETES: You will need your athletic forms completed and given to Coach Jepsen or your AD BEFORE the first meet as well as your GOALS SURVEY completed. As a reminder, the three things you will need to complete are listed below with easy access links.
1. Physical form *get your physical early. You will not be allowed to practice without a current physical.
2. Handbook (read Handbook. I will need the last paged signed).
3. Goals - Please start thinking about your goals for this season. Coaches will be discussing these with you early in the season.
