Now at the Reidy Law Group, Trevor Codington was originally part of two other legal firms, including Cox, Castle & Nicholson, located in the Bay Area (San Francisco), as well as the law firm of Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & located in Santa Rosa. In 2006, he graduated from UCLA School of Law with a Juris Doctor. Trevor is a transactional lawyer with a wealth of expertise, as well as experience, in areas such as finance law, corporate law, and also in real estate.
Trevor Codington represents investors, developers, and owners in complex realty transactions, from development and acquisition to disposition and management. He has negotiated and drafted an assortment of contracts, documents, leases, and agreements related to easements, construction projects, vineyards, hotels, and an assortment of real estate documents as well.
Trevor has offered many of his client's counseling services related to corporate issues which will include dispositions, management, and developments in the area. Many senior-level executives and owners have used his advice regarding day-to-day operations, governance, formation, and the dissolution of certain matters, plus he has handled corporate and commercial contracts for his clients. He has also been successful with sale and asset purchase transactions, many of which he has negotiated successfully, including membership and stock interest purchase transactions, buy and sell agreements, joint venture agreements, and also agreements related to licensing and leasing property.
Trevor has extensive experience in finance. This has led him to assist with negotiations related to mezzanine and bridge financing, loan transactions, construction loans, A/B structured loans, and he has also assisted with intercreditor agreements. His experience has also allowed him to help institutional lenders, Community Banks, and he has also provided outside counsel for professionals which has assisted him in becoming more proficient with finance law.
Trevor Codington has three daughters that he is raising, when he is not preoccupied with representing clients, and often takes them to sporting events and to dance practice. Occasionally, he will sneak away to do some traveling, workout, and also attend local sporting events.
