Analysis and optimization suggestions for existing videos/posts (using publicly available data where possible)
The Service is offered on a Free plan (with daily usage limits) and a Premium plan (paid subscription with higher limits, jaisa app/website mein displayed hai).

5. AI-Generated Content — Disclaimer
Content generated by TrendBoost (titles, hashtags, keywords, analysis, ratings) is produced using third-party AI models (e.g., Groq) and is provided "as is".
We do not guarantee that generated content will improve your video/post performance, rankings, or engagement — results can vary and depend on many factors outside our control (platform algorithms, content quality, audience, timing, etc.).
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it publicly — we are not liable for how you choose to use it.
Video statistics (views, likes) shown for YouTube content are fetched from the official YouTube Data API and reflect data at the time of the request; they are not real-time or guaranteed to be error-free.

6. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium subscriptions (Monthly ₹49, Yearly ₹299) are billed via Razorpay.
By subscribing, you authorize us (via Razorpay) to charge the applicable fee.
Subscription terms, cancellation, and refund eligibility are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

7. Intellectual Property
The TrendBoost app, website, branding, logo, and underlying software are our property (or licensed to us) and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
Content you submit (topics, links) remains yours; by submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service (e.g., sending it to our AI provider to generate results).
AI-generated output is provided to you for your use; we do not claim ownership over the specific content generated for you, but we make no exclusivity guarantees (similar prompts by other users may generate similar output).
