We do not intentionally collect or process:

7.1 Storage
Local Storage: User settings remain only on your device.
No Persistent Server Storage: We do not maintain central databases of user profiles.

7.2 Retention
Support Records: Retained for a maximum of 24 months for service history.
Anonymized Analytics: Retained as long as necessary for app optimization.
App Settings: Deleted when the App is uninstalled.

8.1 General Rights

As the App operates primarily within India, users acknowledge and consent that data may be processed and stored in India under Indian privacy laws, which may differ from those in other jurisdictions. If applicable, cross-border transfers will comply with recognized safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for EU users.

This Policy is governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
If required under applicable law, disputes may first be subject to good-faith negotiations, followed by arbitration under rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), before proceeding to litigation.
