The Boise Nondual Sangha (formerly Just Sit Boise) is comprised of a group of Nonduality and Buddhist practitioners who recognize the importance of waking up to one's true nature. Weekly meetings consist of Zen-style sitting and walking meditation, satsang, and occasional dharma talks (live and streaming) by local practitioners and Nonduality and Buddhist teachers.
