  • Use Google Drawings to create custom images and insert them into your Google Slides presentation. Use the images as backgrounds in the Pear Deck templates.
  • If you have a premium account of Pear Deck, use the custom Google Drawing images with the Draw or Draggble activities.
  • You can add a link to any slide via Pear Deck. Students will be able to click the link or see the webpage on their device. You can link to a Google Form, Doc, Drawing, Map, or Jam Board.
  • You can put your Pear Deck in Student-Paced Mode so they can move back and forth between the worldwide web and class. Try embedding a shared Google Doc in your Pear Deck where students can pose questions and get help from their peers. If students are expected to document their findings, you can embed links to a template as well. (source)
