1.1 This privacy agreement only applies to all services provided by this platform, covering scenarios where you use the platform's services through various forms such as web pages, mobile applications (APPs), mini programs, etc.
1.2 Please note that this platform may contain third-party service links (such as payment services, map services, transportation ticketing services, etc.), and the information processing rules of third-party services are not subject to this privacy agreement and are the independent responsibility of the third party. We suggest that you carefully read the privacy policy of third-party services before using them.
To provide you with better and more accurate services, we will collect and use your relevant personal information according to the actual needs of service functions. We only collect information necessary to achieve the purpose of the service and will not collect beyond the necessary scope.
2.1.1 Account registration and login information: When you register an account on this platform, you need to provide your phone number, email address, and set an account password; If you choose to log in with a third-party account (such as WeChat, QQ, etc.), we will obtain your third-party account's public information (including avatar, nickname, etc.) to complete the login verification.
2.1.2 Basic personal information: In order to complete the travel product reservation, travel arrangements and meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, you may need to provide your name, gender, ID card number, passport number, date of birth and other identity information; If you book services for others, you need to provide the above identity information and contact information of the booker.
2.1.3 Travel and booking information: When booking travel products (such as hotels, flights, attraction tickets, travel packages, etc.), you need to provide information such as travel time, destination, number of people, room type preferences, seating preferences, special needs (such as accessibility services, dietary restrictions, etc.), which will be used to confirm orders, arrange services, and ensure your travel safety.
2.1.4 Payment related information: In order to complete the transaction payment, you need to provide payment account information (such as bank card number, payment platform account information, etc.), which will be directly provided to third-party payment institutions. We will not store your complete payment account sensitive information, only record transaction related information such as payment order number, payment amount, payment status, etc.
2.1.5 Evaluation and feedback information: When you use the evaluation, complaint, consultation and other functions of this platform, you may actively provide text, pictures, videos and related contact information so that we can handle your needs and improve service quality.
2.2.1 Device and login information: When you use the services of this platform, we will automatically collect information such as the device model, device identification code (such as IMEI, MAC address, UUID, etc.), operating system version, browser type, network type, IP address, login time, login location, etc., to ensure the stability and security of the service, identify abnormal login behavior, and optimize your user experience. Note: The collection of the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is subject to your granting of the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, for details, please refer to Section 2.3 of this policy.
2.2.2 Usage behavior information: We will record your usage behavior on this platform, including browsing travel products, search keywords, booking records, order history, click operations, duration of stay, and other information. By analyzing this information, we can provide you with personalized recommendation services (such as recommending travel products that you may be interested in) and improve the functionality and service content of our platform.
2.2.3 Location Information: If you enable device location permission and agree to our collection of location information, we will collect your real-time location information to recommend nearby tourist attractions, hotels, restaurants, and other services to you, or to complete relevant booking services based on your location (such as airport pick-up services, local guide services, etc.). You can disable location permissions at any time through device settings to stop us from collecting your location information.
To optimize the platform's data analysis capabilities and service experience, our application integrates BDASignalSDK (provided by Baidu Inc.). The SDK may involve the collection of user tracking related information, details are as follows:

Tracking permission application description: When you use devices with iOS 14.0 and above versions, we may apply to you for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. The corresponding permission application text is: "To optimize the platform's data analysis effect and provide travel service recommendations that better meet your needs, we need to obtain tracking permission, which is only used for the data statistical analysis of BDASignalSDK". You can choose to allow or deny this permission, and denial will not affect your use of the platform's core travel services.

Types of tracking related data collected: If you agree to grant the tracking permission, BDASignalSDK may collect your device identification information (such as Advertising Identifier IDFA); If you deny the tracking permission, the SDK will only collect device identification information that does not have unique user identification (such as Vendor Identifier IDFV), which will not be used for cross application user tracking.

Data usage and sharing rules: The above device identification information is only used for the data analysis purposes of BDASignalSDK, including service stability optimization, user behavior preference analysis, personalized travel product recommendation, etc. We will share this part of the information with the provider of BDASignalSDK (Baidu Inc.), and require it to strictly abide by the data security agreement, use the information only within the scope of providing us with data analysis services, and not use it for other purposes.

Subject to compliance with relevant laws and regulations, we may obtain your personal information from third parties such as travel suppliers, partner agencies, third-party payment institutions, identity verification agencies, etc. For example, obtaining your travel service confirmation information from tourism suppliers, obtaining your payment result information from third-party payment institutions, obtaining your identity verification information from identity verification institutions, etc. We will conduct strict legality verification on the information provided by third parties to ensure that its source is legal, compliant, and only used for the agreed upon purpose of use.
We collect your personal information mainly for the following purposes:3.1 We provide you with core services, including account registration and login, tourism product inquiry, booking, order processing, payment settlement, service arrangement, travel notification, after-sales service, etc., to ensure that you can smoothly use the various basic services of this platform.
3.2 Improving service quality and user experience: By analyzing your usage behavior information, understanding your needs and preferences, we provide personalized service recommendations, content optimization, interface improvement, etc. to make our platform's services more in line with your expectations.
3.3 Ensuring Service Security and Transaction Security: By collecting device information, login information, location information, etc., identify and prevent security risks such as fraud, account theft, malicious attacks, etc., to ensure the security of your account, transaction security, and personal information.
3.4 Handling your inquiries and complaints: Based on the feedback information you provide, promptly respond to and handle your inquiries, complaints, suggestions, and other needs, and safeguard your legitimate rights and interests.
3.5 Compliance with laws and regulations and fulfillment of contractual obligations: In accordance with relevant laws and regulations or to fulfill the service contract signed with you, it is necessary to collect and use your personal information (such as identity information filing, tax declaration, etc.).
3.6 Conduct market research and service optimization: Based on anonymization and de identification processing, the collected information will be used for market analysis, service evaluation, product development, etc., to improve the overall service level of this platform.
3.7 Other purposes with your explicit consent: If we use your personal information for purposes not explicitly agreed upon in this agreement, we will obtain your written consent in advance.
We will store your personal information on servers that meet security standards, using encryption techniques (such as SSL encryption transmission, data encryption storage, etc.), access control permission management, security auditing, and other technical means to ensure that your personal information is not illegally accessed, tampered with, leaked, or damaged. At the same time, we will provide strict security training and permission management to employees involved in information processing, clarifying their information protection responsibilities.
We will follow the principles of "minimum necessity" and "shortest period of time", and only store your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use as stipulated in this privacy agreement. The specific storage period will be determined based on the following circumstances:
4.2.1 If you use the services of this platform, we will store your core personal information (such as account information, identity information, etc.) during the duration of your account to ensure that you can use the account and related services normally.
4.2.2 For transaction related information such as order information and payment information, we will retain them for at least 3 years after the transaction is completed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations (such as the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the E-commerce Law, etc.) and tax management needs; After the deadline, we will anonymize or securely delete this information.
4.2.3 If you do not actively delete your evaluation, feedback, and other information, we will retain it during the duration of your account; If you cancel your account, we will anonymize or securely delete it after the cancellation is completed.
4.2.4 If the information storage period needs to be extended due to special circumstances such as legal regulations, litigation and arbitration needs, or protection of your legitimate rights and interests, we will promptly process the information after completing the relevant purposes.
4.2.5 When your personal information is no longer needed for the agreed purpose and there are no legal regulations requiring continued storage, we will use secure methods (such as data shredding, physical destruction, etc.) to completely delete your personal information or anonymize it to ensure that your information cannot be identified.
We strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and will not arbitrarily share, transfer or publicly disclose your personal information. Without your explicit consent, we will only process your personal information in the following specific circumstances:
5.1.1 Sharing with Travel Providers: In order to complete your travel product booking and service arrangements, we will share your necessary personal information (such as name, contact information, identity information, travel information, etc.) with relevant travel providers (such as hotels, airlines, attraction managers, travel agencies, etc.) so that they can provide you with corresponding services (such as hotel check-in, ticket issuance, attraction verification, etc.). We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with travel suppliers, requiring them to only use your personal information within the scope of providing services to you and take effective security measures.
5.1.2 Sharing with third-party service providers: In order to provide you with auxiliary services such as payment, identity verification, technical support, customer service, data analysis, etc., we will share your necessary personal information with third-party service providers (such as third-party payment providers, identity verification agencies, cloud service providers, customer service outsourcing agencies, etc.). We will rigorously review the qualifications and information security capabilities of third-party service providers, and sign confidentiality agreements with them to clarify their information processing permissions and security protection obligations, ensuring that your personal information is effectively protected. Among them, the device identification information shared between us and the provider of BDASignalSDK, the specific purpose and rules are detailed in Section 2.3 of this policy.
5.1.3 Based on laws and regulations or public interest sharing: Subject to compliance with relevant laws and regulations, in order to safeguard national security, public safety, public interests, or to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and others (such as responding to fraud and infringement), we may share your personal information with relevant departments (such as public security organs, judicial organs, etc.) when necessary.
5.2.1 If there is a need to transfer your personal information due to changes in business operations such as mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, or asset transfers, we will provide you with clear notice in advance and ensure that the transferee continues to fulfill the information protection obligations stipulated in this privacy agreement; If the recipient's information processing rules change, we will request them to obtain your consent again.
5.2.2 Except for the above circumstances, we will not transfer your personal information to any third party without your written consent.
5.3.1 Upon your active application or explicit consent: for example, you authorize us to publicly display your review content, travel sharing content, etc. on this platform.
5.3.2 Information Disclosure after Anonymization or De identification Processing: We may use information that has been anonymized or de identified and cannot identify specific individuals for public purposes such as market promotion and industry report release. Such information disclosure is not considered a public disclosure of your personal information.
5.3.3 Disclosure based on laws, regulations or mandatory requirements: When we receive legal and compliant investigation orders, notices or other legal documents issued by competent departments such as judicial and administrative authorities, we will publicly disclose your relevant personal information in accordance with laws and regulations.
According to relevant laws and regulations, you have the following rights to your personal information, and we will provide you with convenient ways to exercise these rights:
6.1 Right to Information: You have the right to know the specific situation of our collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information. We will promptly complete the correction for you after verifying your identity.
This platform does not provide separate account registration and travel product booking services for minors (referring to natural persons under the age of 18). If minors need to use the services of this platform, they must be accompanied by their guardians who use their own accounts to handle relevant services and provide necessary personal information of the minors.
We are well aware of the special nature of information protection for minors and will take stricter measures to protect their personal information. Guardians should properly manage their account information, guide minors to use the services of this platform correctly, and assume corresponding responsibilities for the protection of minors' information. If the guardian discovers that a minor has used the services of this platform and provided personal information without their consent, they can immediately contact us. After verifying their identity, we will promptly delete the relevant information and stop providing services.
With the continuous upgrading of services on this platform, revision of relevant laws and regulations, and changes in information processing scenarios, this privacy agreement may be updated accordingly. We will post the updated privacy agreement in prominent locations on our platform (such as homepage pop ups, "About Us - Privacy Agreement" page, etc.), and notify you through SMS, email, internal messaging, etc. to ensure that you are informed of the changes to the agreement in a timely manner.
The updated privacy agreement shall come into effect from the date of publication. If you continue to use the services of this platform after the agreement is updated, it means that you have fully understood and agreed to the content of the updated privacy agreement; If you do not agree to the updated agreement, you should immediately stop using the services of this platform and apply to cancel your account. We will process your personal information according to the agreement.
For your convenience in reviewing historical versions, we will retain past versions of the privacy agreement on this platform and indicate the update time.
