Welcome to TransVoice:Note & schedule (the “App” or “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all your access and use of our mobile application available on Apple App Store.
By downloading, installing, opening, or operating the App, you confirm you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with all clauses below. If you reject any provision of these Terms, you shall immediately uninstall and stop using the Service.
For iOS users who obtain this App via Apple App Store, you acknowledge Apple Inc. and its affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Apple bears no responsibility for Service operation, content, or user disputes.
TransVoice provides multi-scene voice recording for daily talks, lectures, interviews, team meetings and casual conversations. Core built-in tools include real-time audio transcription, multi-language translation, AI content summary, to-do item creation, and one-way task synchronization with Apple native Reminders.
The Service contains free limited functions and locked premium features only accessible via auto-renewable subscription payments.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TransVoice. If you are under 13, you may not register or access any features of this App without legal guardian’s formal consent. You take full liability for any age misrepresentation.
You hold full ownership and legal liability for all audio recordings, transcribed text, notes, summaries and tasks you create inside the App. You agree to follow local laws on audio recording and obtain clear verbal or written consent from all participants before recording any conversation.
You shall not:
Record others without legal permission for surveillance, harassment or illegal collection of private speech;
Upload, store or share content involving violence, defamation, copyright infringement, hate speech or illegal information;
Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, modify or tamper with the App code, algorithm or internal data;
Mass export, reproduce or resell AI-generated summaries and transcript texts for commercial profit without our written approval;
Circumscribe payment locks to use premium features without valid subscription;
Send abnormal request traffic to interfere with our server and AI processing services.
All App UI design, brand name TransVoice, algorithm logic, text template and trademark belong exclusively to our operator. No copying, imitation or commercial use is allowed without written authorization.
You retain full ownership of your original audio files, transcripts and notes. We obtain a limited, non-transferable license to process your audio and text solely to deliver the functions you request, with no right to reuse your content for independent commercial purposes.
All recording, transcript and task data is stored locally on your device by default. You can permanently delete single files or all account data inside the App at any time; erased content cannot be recovered. We will not retrieve or restore deleted user data upon your request.
Premium feature unlocking relies on auto-renewable subscriptions processed entirely through Apple App Store. All payment rules, refund channels and billing cycles follow Apple’s official App Store in-app purchase policies, detailed separately in our Premium Membership Terms.
We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of speech transcription, machine translation and AI summaries. AI generated text may contain misrecognition, missing sentences or logical deviations. You must manually verify key meeting, study or business information before relying on it for important decisions.
We shall not compensate losses caused by inaccurate text conversion, missed records or lost audio files arising from your device storage failure, improper operation or system crash. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis without additional quality warranty.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, missed business opportunities, data leakage caused by your device permission misconfiguration, third-party unauthorized access or system failures outside our control. Our maximum total compensation for any valid claim equals the total subscription fees you paid within the latest 12 months.
We reserve the right to restrict or fully terminate your App access if you violate these Terms, without issuing subscription refunds. You may stop using the Service anytime by deleting all local data and uninstalling the App.
We may revise these Terms periodically to match product iteration and legal updates. We will send in-app notifications for material changes before the revised version takes effect. Your continued use of TransVoice after the effective date counts as acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms apply under the local laws of your resident region. All disputes will first be solved via friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent local court.
