This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share your data when you use TransVoice, and describes all your data control rights. This document is supplementary to our Terms of Service.Critical Statement: We only use your audio data in real-time during recording sessions for transcription and AI summary processing. We do NOT save, store, cache, or retain any original audio recording files on our servers or locally after processing is completed.
During your active recording sessions, we temporarily process your audio input in real-time to provide core functions including speech-to-text transcription, multi-language translation, and AI summary generation. No original audio files are saved, stored, or retained by the App or our servers after the current session ends. Audio data only exists temporarily during processing and is permanently discarded immediately after use.
We collect and store only text-based content you generate and confirm: transcribed text, AI summaries and calendar tasks. Feedback text, screenshots and email addresses you submit when contacting customer support are also stored for service processing.
Device model, iOS system version, App crash logs, feature usage statistics (recording times, summary generation frequency, sync operation counts). All statistical data is anonymized and cannot link back to your personal identity. We do not collect persistent tracking identifiers without your opt-in.
TransVoice only requests system permissions required to run core functions, and will never activate these permissions in background without your manual trigger:
- Microphone: Capture audio signals for real-time recording and transcription processing; microphone will not turn on when you exit recording pages, and no audio is stored after processing.
- Calendar & Reminders Access: Realize one-click sync between App todos and Apple native Reminders/Calendar, only when you manually trigger sync actions.
- Local Storage: Save only text-based transcripts, summaries and task data on your device; audio files are never saved locally or remotely.
We will never read photo albums, contact lists, location data or other private device resources unrelated to core features.
1. Temporarily process original audio in real-time to generate readable text, multi-language translation and condensed AI summaries; audio data is discarded immediately after processing, with no retention.
2. Store and manage your generated text transcripts, summaries and task data for your local viewing, editing and use.
3. Enable task synchronization between Apple Reminders.
4. Fix App crashes, optimize transcription recognition accuracy and adjust AI summary logic to improve product experience.
5. Respond to your customer support tickets and resolve functional feedback.
We will never sell, rent or trade your text content or temporary audio processing data to advertising platforms or unrelated third parties.
We only transmit limited user data under the following two legal conditions:
1. Valid official legal documents from law enforcement authorities require data submission as regulated by local laws;
2. Authorized AI computing service providers that sign strict non-disclosure agreements with us. Third-party processors only process audio data in real-time and are prohibited from storing, retaining or reusing your audio content after session completion.
Audio Data: Zero retention. All temporary audio data is permanently deleted immediately after summary processing. No audio files are stored locally or on cloud servers at any time.
Text content (transcripts, summaries, todos): Stored on your device permanently until you manually delete single items or clear all data in App settings.
Support contact records: Saved for up to 90 days to track follow-up service issues, then fully erased.
You may send an email to support to apply for complete deletion of all your text user data at any time.
1. Access & Export: View, copy and export all text transcripts, summaries and task data within the App;
2. Permanent Deletion: Erase single text files or all local text data in one operation;
3. Permission Revocation: Turn off microphone, calendar and Reminders access anytime via iOS System Settings;
4. Opt-out Statistics: Disable anonymous usage data collection in App Settings to stop us from collecting feature use logs.
Stored text user data adopts industry-standard encryption transmission and storage protocols. Temporary real-time audio processing data is transmitted securely and completely purged after use. However, no digital storage technology can guarantee 100% anti-hack security, so we cannot fully eliminate risks of unauthorized third-party access caused by device vulnerability.
We do not intentionally collect private data of users under 13 years old. No minor audio data is stored by our system. If you find we have processed minor’s audio or text content without guardian approval, contact our support team immediately for full permanent deletion of relevant text data.
We will push in-app pop-up notifications to inform you of important Privacy Policy revisions before they take effect. Continued App use after update notification confirms your acceptance of new data rules.
For all data privacy inquiries, data deletion requests or permission function problems, send emails to our official support address visible inside the App.
