This agreement regulates all auto-renewable paid subscription services of TransVoice. This document supplements and forms part of our main Terms of Service.
Free tier users can access limited recording duration, basic transcription and simple schedule editing functions. Premium Membership unlocks all advanced full functions of TransVoice via auto-renewable subscriptions billed through Apple App Store. By purchasing any premium plan, you fully accept all clauses below.

Three auto-renewable subscription options available via Apple In-App Purchase:
1. 3-Day Trial Weekly Subscription: $19.99 per billing week
2. Monthly Subscription: $39.99 per billing month
3. Annual Subscription: $99.99 per billing year
All prices are displayed in US Dollars, excluding additional regional sales tax charged by Apple App Store.
1. All subscriptions activate auto-renew by default. Your Apple ID account will be automatically charged within 24 hours before each billing cycle expires unless you disable auto-renew manually;
2. Payment confirmation will be sent to your linked Apple ID email after each successful charge;
3. Subscription billing cycles start on your purchase date and renew every 7 days, 30 days or 365 days according to your selected plan.
You may turn off auto-renew at any time inside Apple ID Account Settings. Canceling auto-renew only stops future recurring charges, and all premium privileges remain fully available until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No partial-cycle refunds will be issued for early cancellation.
All subscription payment refunds are governed solely by Apple App Store’s official refund rules. Our team cannot independently process or approve any refund requests. To apply for a refund, you must submit a request through Apple’s Report A Problem webpage linked to your purchase record.
All premium functions stay unlocked throughout your active paid subscription term. Once your subscription expires without renewal:
- Advanced features including unlimited recording processing, AI summaries and Apple Reminders sync will be locked until you repurchase premium membership.
We reserve the right to adjust membership subscription prices in the future. All price changes will be notified via in-app pop-up prompts at least 7 days in advance, and new pricing will only apply to your next renewal cycle without affecting your current active subscription.
Premium membership is personal, non-transferable and non-resellable. You are prohibited from sharing, selling, gifting or transferring subscription access to other Apple ID accounts. Violation of this clause may lead to permanent lock of all premium privileges without any subscription refund.
We retain the right to adjust partial auxiliary premium features during product version updates. We guarantee all core subscribed premium functions listed in Section 2 remain accessible for users with valid active membership.
If you reinstall the App or switch to a new Apple device, you can tap “Restore Purchases” on the subscription page to recover your valid premium subscription linked to your original Apple ID.
