Weinberg Housing and Resource Center
A low barrier emergency shelter that provides homeless services to over 275 adult men and women each night. Open 24/7, never closed for holidays or bad weather. There is an ongoing waiting list for space, but starting at 4pm, persons can take shuttles from WHRC to overflow shelters in the city.

Homeless Persons Representation Project
Free legal help for people in Baltimore City that need legal assistance with: getting into public housing, HUD housing, Section 8, or other subsidized housing; being unfairly evicted from public housing, HUD housing, Section 8, or other subsidized housing; shelter and transitional housing terminations. Has a specific transgender legal clinic, which is includes all free services for legal help with housing advocacy, public benefits, and LGBTQ discrimination.
