PAPER PRESENTATION

The topics that the papers need to be based on are suggestive. It is advisable that the presentation focuses on one particular topic.

Themes:

Role of IOT in smart Agriculture

Bigdata in sustainable food system

Climate Information system

Unmanned aerial vehicle in precision farming

Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture

And other Innovative topics

Rules:

1. Maximum number of participants per team is two.

2. Mail your abstract and paper to the mail id transpire2k18ait@gmail.com. The mail should contain abstract and the paper in IEEE format (Times new roman, content of size 12 and headings of size 16) along with your name, department, college, contact details and the topic and theme on which the paper is submitted.

3. Abstract should not exceed 1 page and paper should not exceed 10 pages.

4. Bring your Powerpoint presentation in a pen-drive and 2 hard copies of the submitted paper.

5. The teams will get 8 minutes for presentation followed by question and answer session for two minutes.

6. Persons from different institutions can be a part of the same team. However, one person may not be a part of multiple teams for the same event.

7. Last day to submit the paper is on or before 19^th of April 2018.

8. After you have submitted the soft copy, a panel of judges will go through your material and if you are shortlisted to give the presentation, you will be notified on 20^th April 2018. The decision of judges will be final and no arguments or appeal will be entertained.
