Certain usage related information regarding your use and interaction with your device, including the Software and Services and Other Software, such as when and how you use the Software and Services and Other Software, how you use your internet browser and internet search related applications, the web pages you visit and the content you see, access and utilize on such web pages; for example, offerings and advertisements that you view, use and access, how you use them and your response to them, how frequently you use them, your search queries and the time and date of your searches.

- Support Related Information. If you communicate with us via our support section or via email, we may also collect your email address, name and any information voluntarily submitted by you in connection with such support (for example, your name, company name, and particular support query or request). Such information will only be used to provide you with support services and will not be connected with any other information collected from you on or through the Software and Services, including, any individual User ID (as defined below) generated or collected by us. When you use the Software and Services, we automatically generate an anonymous internal user ID (which does not personally identify you), which is assigned to your use of the Software and Services (the "User ID") and may be combined with any of the above information.

- Payment Data. We may collect information about your subscription orders, such as purchase items, subscription time, order status, payment time. We do not collect and we are not responsible for the collection or security of payment details. 2. Information that you provide to us

- Heart rate information. 1. When you enable "Access Apple Health" in "Settings", the Software will ask you for access to the heart rate data through a third party (HealthKit API).After your authorization, the heart rate data only to be saved locally, which will be deleted when the Software is deleted.2. The Software will check whether you are authorized to the Software every time when you visit the Settings page, so as to ensure that the switch state of "Access Apple Health" is displayed correctly;3. If you no longer allow the application to use the Heart rate information, you can turn off the "Access Apple Health" in "Settings". For Heart rate information, we will neither store nor share them with any third parties after processing.

- Camera,Flash light and Photos Information. In order to use some of the features of the Software, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to the camera and flash light to obtain the pulse rate of your finger blood vessels, or to access to the camera or photo album to obtain photo in your mobile device. Only if you confirm the permission, will we gain access to your camera，flash light and photo album. For such photos, finger features information and effect drawing, we will neither store nor share them with any third parties after processing.

Your birthday. For calculating the recommended intensity of your exercise, you may voluntarily provide your birthday to us.

- Registration Related Information. Information you provide when you register for the Software and Services (if applicable), such as name, home or work addresses, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, birth date, password ,gender, height and weight. For calculating the recommended intensity of your exercise, you may voluntarily provide Registration Related Information to us.

- Emergency contact number. Emergency contact number you provide when you register for the Software and Services (if applicable). When your heart is not working properly or abnormalities in heart rate, the Software will pop up a popup window to ask for your confirming whether to call the emergency contact number. We will neither store nor share emergency contact number with any third parties.

The purposes of the information that is processed automatically are: (1) to improve and customize the Software and the Services; 2) to maintain and improve the quality and operation of the Software and Services.

How we use your information?

1.The main reason we use your information is to deliver and improve the Service. Read on for a more detailed explanation of the various reasons we use your information:

l to operate and update the Software and the Service, and provide you with existing and new functionality and features;

l to improve and customize the Software and the Service;

l to maintain, test, monitor and improve the quality and operation of the Software;

l to take any action in case of a dispute involving you in connection with the Software and the Service;

l to comply and satisfy any applicable law regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
