We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Translator AI - Translate Now Company and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

9 a. If an end user requests a refund for an in-app purchase, we may share relevant details with Apple regarding their in-app purchase activity. This may include app usage duration, an anonymous account identifier, the total amount spent, and the total amount refunded.
