Transizen ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by Chartered Transizen Pvt Ltd. This
policy explains what information the Transizen app collects, how it is used, and
how it is protected.
Transizen is a tool for trainers and teachers delivering spoken English lessons
in partner schools. It is provided to schools and trainers under agreement with
Chartered Transizen Pvt Ltd, not distributed for general public download.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account information: When your school or organization sets up your account, we
store a username and password to allow you to log in and access lesson content
assigned to you.
Usage and progress data: We store which lessons and exercises you access, and
your progress through them, so your school and Transizen can track curriculum
delivery.
Device and diagnostic information: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash
reports and basic device information (device model, OS version) to help us fix
bugs and improve app stability.
Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used in
aggregate (e.g. which features are used most), to help us improve it.
Push notification tokens: If enabled, we store a device token to deliver
notifications about lessons or updates.
Images: If your account includes profile or content images, these are stored
via Firebase Storage.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information above to: operate and maintain the app, authenticate
your login, track lesson delivery progress for your school, fix technical
issues, and improve the app over time.
We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use your data
for third-party advertising.
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Data is stored using Google Firebase, a cloud platform operated by Google. We
take measures intended to protect your information, and we are continuing to
strengthen our account security systems. If you believe your account has been
accessed without authorization, please contact us immediately using the details
below.
DATA RETENTION
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active with a
partner school, or as needed to provide the service.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Transizen is intended for use by trainers, teachers, and school staff. It is
not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly
from children through this app.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after
changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
