The application uses Google's Firebase Authentication service to perform the log-in process. The following information is collected and processed through this service:
User ID (UID): A unique identifier automatically generated by Firebase.
Information Related to the Authentication Method:
Log-in with Email: The email address and password provided by the user (passwords are stored encrypted and are inaccessible to us).
Log-in with Google: The Email address associated with your Google account.
Session Data: Log-in status and authentication tokens.
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, device language settings.
Application Usage Data: Application crashes, diagnostic data related to the app's technical status and performance (Google Firebase Crashlytics).
Locally Stored Data: Data necessary for the app's functioning but not directly identifying you, stored only on your device (e.g., last used settings, theme preference, language preferences). This data is kept only on your device and is not sent to our servers or third parties.
The operation of our application DOES NOT REQUIRE and does not request/use any of your device's sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, geographical location, calendar, or contacts.
The collected data is used strictly for the following purposes:
Authentication and Account Management: To enable you to log into the application, maintain your session, and manage your account.
Service Maintenance: To ensure the technical operation of the application as expected and to resolve potential errors.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except with the following service providers who are essential for the operation of the service:
Firebase Authentication (Google Inc.): Our primary service provider that manages the sign-in process and processes email, password, and third-party (Google) credentials.
Firebase/Google Analytics (Crashlytics): Used for analyzing application performance and usage statistics (non-personal).
Security: We use industry-standard security measures to ensure the security of your personal data. Your authentication data is stored on Google's servers, which adhere to high security standards.
Retention: We retain your account data (UID, email, etc.) for as long as your account is active. If you request to delete your account, we will erase all personal data about you within a reasonable period, except where required by legal obligations or legitimate business purposes (backup, fraud prevention).
As a user, you have the following rights:
Access and Rectification: The right to access and correct the data associated with your account.
Right to Erasure (Account Deletion): The right to request the deletion of all personal data about you by deleting your account via the app settings.
