The last decade has seen enormous growth in time-domain astronomy. Many powerful surveys discover new classes of supernovae such as superluminous supernovae and rapidly evolving supernovae. Also, multi-messenger observations of neutron star mergers highlight a new pathway to study the high-energy transient phenomena. These new discoveries also highlight the needs for synergetic observations with multiple telescopes at different locations, and collaboration between theory and observations. This workshop aims at accelerating collaboration in transient science.
