All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including its design, code, UI, features, and original templates) are owned by AICODE or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and its content for its intended purpose.
Logos and designs you generate are yours to use, provided they do not contain third-party copyrighted elements (e.g., licensed fonts, stock icons).
You are responsible for verifying commercial use rights for any third-party content used within your final design.
Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase, handled through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
All payments, refunds, cancellations, and billing inquiries are managed by Apple.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
We do not offer direct refunds or handle billing disputes.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The generated logos or content will meet all your expectations or legal requirements.
Any third-party services used (e.g., AI APIs, rendering tools) will function without interruption.
Use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
Any loss of data, profits, or brand damage resulting from use or inability to use the Service.
