One-day training session, oriented on research SEEG.

This course will be dedicated to the preprocessing of intracerebral signals with the Brainstorm software as well as the time-frequency analysis of these signals with MarsPower. It includes three lectures and several practical sessions.

Audience : Users interested in pre-processing intracranial recordings using Brainstorm and MarsPower. Some experience in processing SEEG recordings is recommended. Teaching in French.

Number of participants: 15

Fees : Free.

Requirements : The participants are required to bring a laptop (an external mouse will add to your comfort) with MATLAB INSTALLED. In order to make the session as efficient as possible, we ask all the attendees to download, install and test the software on their laptops prior to the workshop.

Artifact detection, Averaging, exploring the evoked response
