Welcome to Training Hub - Sports Training Management ("App", "we", "our", or "us"), a comprehensive sports training management platform built for coaches and trainers. This Privacy Policy explains how we ("Company") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access or use the App.
• Account Registration Data: Full name, email address, username, and password when you create an account.
• Profile Information: Role designation (Admin or Trainer), profile photo, contact details, and professional credentials.
• Training Content: Videos, notes, performance data, and other content uploaded or created within the App.
• Communications: Messages, feedback, or support requests you send us.
• Device Information: Operating system and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Features you use, time spent on the App, interactions, and navigation patterns.
• Videos uploaded by Trainers, including associated metadata such as upload time, file size, and duration.
• Thumbnail images generated from uploaded video content.
• Performance analytics data linked to training sessions.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
• To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features.
• To manage user accounts and authenticate users based on their assigned role (Admin or Trainer).
• To enable Trainers to record, upload, and manage training videos.
• To allow Admins to view trainer profiles, uploaded content, and performance data.
• To analyze player and trainer performance using uploaded training data.
• To send administrative communications, such as account confirmations and security alerts.
• To improve the App through usage analytics and performance monitoring.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and other applicable policies.
• To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
The App operates a two-role system with different levels of data access:
• Can record and upload training videos and related content.
• Can manage their own profile and training data.
• Has access only to their own uploaded content and personal analytics.
• Can view all Trainer profiles within the platform.
• Can access and review videos uploaded by Trainers.
• Can view performance and training analytics across the platform.
• Cannot access content or data outside the scope of their assigned platform.
All access is governed by role-based access controls. Unauthorized access to data beyond your assigned role is strictly prohibited.
Given the nature of the App, video content forms a core component of the platform. The following applies to all media uploaded:
• Videos uploaded by Trainers are stored securely on our servers or authorized cloud storage providers.
• Uploaded videos may be viewed by Admins within the platform for legitimate coaching and management purposes.
• We do not share, sell, or distribute uploaded video content to any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
• Videos may be retained for the duration of the account's active status and for a reasonable period thereafter, as described in Section 9.
• You are responsible for ensuring that videos you upload do not contain the personal data of individuals who have not consented to being recorded or to having that recording uploaded to the platform.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
We may share information with trusted third-party vendors and service providers who assist us in operating the App, including cloud hosting providers, video storage services, analytics providers, and customer support tools. These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency).
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent in-App notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We may disclose information where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our Company, our users, or others.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. Specifically:
• Account data is retained for the duration of your active account.
• Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
• Uploaded video content may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion before permanent removal.
• Log and usage data may be retained for up to 12 months for security and performance purposes.
• We may retain certain information as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

• Cloud storage providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Firebase) – for video and data storage.

If you are accessing the App from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred internationally. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
