Tradoc is a mobile app that helps solo contractors and small trade businesses create quotes and invoices from their phone.
This Privacy Policy explains how Tradoc handles user information.
Information Stored in the App
Tradoc may store information that you enter into the app, including:
Business name
Client names
Client contact details
Quote details
Invoice details
Labour and material line items
Pricing, markup, totals, and payment status
App settings and business profile information
This information is used to provide the app’s quoting, invoicing, PDF export, sharing, quote history, follow-up, and related features.
Local Storage
Tradoc is designed to store quote and invoice data on your device.
If you uninstall the app, clear app data, or lose access to your device, locally stored information may be deleted.
Sharing Quotes and Invoices
When you choose to share a quote or invoice PDF through WhatsApp, Gmail, email, messaging apps, or another service, that sharing is controlled by you and the third-party service you choose.
Tradoc does not control how third-party apps process information after you share it.
Payments and Subscriptions
Tradoc may offer paid subscriptions through Google Play Billing.
Subscription purchases are processed by Google Play. Tradoc does not collect or store your full payment card details.
Data Sharing
Tradoc does not sell your personal data.
Tradoc does not share your quote, invoice, client, or business information with third parties for advertising purposes.
Ads
Tradoc does not show third-party ads.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect user information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
Tradoc is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
