Uploaded Images: When you use the chart analysis features (uploading screenshots or analyzing the real-time chart) or attach images to chat messages or support tickets, we collect these images.
Chat Messages: We collect the text messages you send within the AI Chat feature.
Support Tickets: We collect information you provide when submitting a support ticket, including your subject, message description, and any optional attached images.
Purchase Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan via Google Play, we receive a purchase token and the product ID (SKU) you purchased. We do not directly collect or process your payment details like credit card numbers; this is handled securely by Google Play.
2. How We Use Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:
Provide and Manage the Service: Identify your device to manage your account, track usage, store your analysis history, maintain chat history, and manage your subscription status.
Personalize User Experience: Use your saved preferences (like trading style) to tailor the AI's analysis.
Perform AI Analysis: Send uploaded chart images and chat messages (including any attached images) to third-party AI services (like OpenAI) to generate the requested analysis or chat responses. These images and texts are processed by the AI to provide the core functionality of the app.
Manage Subscriptions: Use purchase tokens received from Google Play to verify your subscription status with Google and grant you access to the corresponding plan features. We store your plan type and expiry date.
Provide Customer Support: Use the information submitted in support tickets (including images) to diagnose and resolve issues.
Monitor and Analyze Usage: Track usage patterns to understand how the Service is used, enforce plan limits, and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain Security and Prevent Fraud: Use device information and usage data to monitor for and prevent unauthorized or malicious activity.
3. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:
With Third-Party Service Providers:
AI Providers (e.g., OpenAI): We send images and text you submit for analysis or chat to our AI service provider(s) solely for the purpose of generating the AI response. Their use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Billing Providers (Google Play): All in-app subscription payments are processed by Google through the Google Play Store. We share necessary transaction identifiers (like purchase tokens) with Google to verify purchases but do not handle your payment card information. Their use of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
4. Data Storage and Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information. Your Device ID, preferences, usage history, analysis results (not necessarily original images unless part of a ticket), chat history, ticket information, and subscription status are stored on secure servers (e.g., MongoDB). While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
5. Data Retention
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, enforce our agreements, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Usage data and history may be kept to improve our services.
6. Camera Permission
(Important: Review this section carefully. Google flagged this permission. If your app truly doesn't use the camera, investigate why the permission is being requested - it might be a dependency. If it might be used in the future or is required by a dependency, keep this section. If it's definitely not needed and you can remove the permission request, delete this section.) Our application may request access to your device's camera.
