Camera Permission
TradeSync uses camera access to take photos of electrical installations, test results, circuit boards, and defects for documentation purposes. All photos are stored securely on your device and synced to your private, encrypted account. We do not access, view, share, or sell your photos to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
TradeSync operates with offline-first architecture. All data is stored locally on your device and syncs to secure Microsoft Azure cloud storage (Australia region). Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you and authorized users in your organization can access your data.
Data We Collect
- Client information (names, addresses, contact details)
- Installation details and test results
- Photos taken within the app
- Job and certificate records
- User account information (email, name)
Your Rights
- Access all your data at any time
- Export your data in standard formats
- Delete your data and account permanently
- Revoke camera permission (though this will disable photo features)
Children's Privacy
TradeSync is a professional business application intended for licensed electricians and contractors. It is not designed for children under 13.
