This Privacy Policy explains how AI Trade Show Booth Designer ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (the "Application").
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying strictly with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, particularly regarding data collection and data use (Guidelines 5.1.1 and 5.1.2).
We intentionally limit the data we collect. When you use the Application to generate a trade show booth concept, we collect only the text inputs and stylistic choices you explicitly provide.
Data collected includes:
Booth style, size, and industry selections.
Any text descriptions, prompts, or brand names you type into the text fields to guide the design.
Data NOT collected:
We do not collect your name, phone number, physical address, or contacts.
We do not collect persistent device identifiers for tracking purposes.
We do not access your camera or existing photo library (except to save an image you explicitly choose to download).
Data is collected directly and solely through your active interaction with the Application. When you fill out the design form and tap the "Generate Booth Concept" button, the text inputs and dropdown selections you provided are collected for the sole purpose of rendering your 3D design.
The text prompts and design choices you provide are used exclusively to generate the visual booth concepts you requested. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or selling to data brokers.
To provide the core functionality of our Application (generating high-quality 3D architectural renders), your design prompts and text inputs must be processed by specialized artificial intelligence services.
Before any data is sent, the Application displays a mandatory consent prompt requiring your explicit permission. Upon your agreement, your text inputs are transmitted to the following specific third parties:
OpenAI, L.L.C. (OpenAI):
Purpose: Your text inputs and selections are sent to OpenAI's API to enhance, structure, and translate your idea into a professional architectural 3D prompt.
Replicate, Inc. (Replicate / Black Forest Labs):
Purpose: The enhanced text prompt is then sent to Replicate's API (utilizing Black Forest Labs' image generation models) to physically render and return the final 3D image of your trade show booth.
No personal identifiable information (such as your device ID, IP address, or account information) is attached to these prompts. Only the design-related text is shared.
We confirm that the third-party AI services we share your design data with (OpenAI and Replicate) provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy and required by applicable laws. Both providers employ enterprise-grade security, encrypt data in transit, and have strict data retention and privacy policies ensuring that API data is not arbitrarily used to train public models without consent.
As mandated by App Store Guidelines, the Application will present a clear disclosure stating exactly what data will be sent and to whom (OpenAI and Replicate). We will strictly obtain your explicit permission (via an "I Agree" button) before sending any data to these third-party AI services. If you decline, no data will be transmitted, though the AI generation feature will not function.
Your design prompts are processed ephemerally by our APIs. We do not store a permanent, identifiable database of your prompts on our servers. Images generated are temporarily held by the AI provider just long enough to be delivered to your device, after which they are deleted according to the third party's standard API retention policies.
If you choose to save a generated booth design, the Application will request "Add Only" access to your Photo Library (NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription). We only write the generated image to your library. We do not read, scan, upload, or modify your existing photos.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
