* Position size
* Profit and loss values

These values are used to provide calculations and projections within the App.

Any calculations, statistics, projections, risk estimates, or other information displayed by TradeNerve are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve TradeNerve, or when required by law.

If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature through Google Play or another authorized payment provider, payment processing may be handled by the applicable payment provider.
TradeNerve does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number when payment processing is handled directly by an authorized payment provider.
Payment-related information may be processed according to the privacy policy and terms of the applicable payment provider.
TradeNerve offers an optional AI-powered feature called AI Trade Coach that provides post-trade analysis and educational insights based on information related to a user's trade.
When you use AI Trade Coach, relevant trade-related information may be processed to generate an analysis. This may include:
Trading instrument or asset
Entry price and exit price
Profit or loss
Trade direction
Risk and reward information
Trading strategy or setup information
Emotional state or trading psychology information provided by the user
Other trade-related information necessary to provide the AI Trade Coach analysis
The information is used to:
Analyze completed trades
Identify possible trading behavior and emotional patterns
Provide personalized educational observations
Provide suggestions that may help improve trading discipline and decision-making
Generate AI-powered post-trade insights
When you use AI Trade Coach, relevant trade information may be securely transmitted to TradeNerve's backend service for processing.
TradeNerve may use third-party artificial intelligence services, including OpenAI's API, to process the information and generate the requested AI analysis.
Only information necessary to provide the AI Trade Coach functionality is intended to be processed for this purpose.
AI Trade Coach provides automated educational and informational insights. AI-generated analysis may not always be accurate or appropriate for every trading situation.
AI Trade Coach does not provide guaranteed trading results, guaranteed returns, or predictions of future market prices.
The information provided by AI Trade Coach should not be considered financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Users are solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions.
AI Trade Coach analysis and related information may be temporarily processed through TradeNerve's backend services to generate the requested analysis.
Where applicable, AI-generated analysis may also be cached or stored to support the functionality of the app.
TradeNerve does not retain information longer than necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal, security, and operational requirements.
AI Trade Coach is an optional feature. Users can choose whether or not to use the feature.
Using other TradeNerve features does not require users to use AI Trade Coach.
TradeNerve uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information transmitted through AI Trade Coach. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
TradeNerve may update or improve AI Trade Coach from time to time. If changes materially affect how user information is processed, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
8. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
Where information is transmitted between the App and our services, appropriate security measures such as encrypted network communication may be used where supported.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

When an account-deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize associated personal information and account data, except where retention is necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or otherwise permitted or required by law.
Certain information may therefore be retained for a limited period where legally necessary.

TradeNerve is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
