Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using the AI Trade Show Booth Designer mobile application (the "Application").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You may use the Application for personal, creative, and commercial planning purposes. This includes generating 3D trade show booth concepts, expo stand backdrop ideas, product display concepts, counter area visuals, and branding inspiration for your own projects or client projects.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Application's source code, underlying technology, or any of its components.
Modify, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, copyright information, or branding within the Application.
Use the Application for any unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful purposes, including the generation of illegal or strictly prohibited content.
The Application allows you to generate visual concepts and images using advanced artificial intelligence services (such as OpenAI and Replicate).
Ownership: You retain all rights to the text prompts you enter and the images you generate using the Application, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the terms of service of the AI providers.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the concepts you generate, download, and how you use them in your professional or personal capacity.
Brand & Copyright Use: If you enter specific brand names, logos, or trademarked marks into the prompt generator, you are fully responsible for ensuring you have the legal right or explicit permission to use them.
The Application creates visual booth concepts for inspiration and early-stage planning purposes only. It does not create architectural drawings, engineering blueprints, CAD files, structural calculations, fabrication documents, production-ready plans, or technical construction specifications.
Safety & Liability Warning: Before building, manufacturing, installing, or purchasing any trade show booth based on concepts generated by this Application, you must consult qualified exhibition builders, architects, structural engineers, venue safety officers, and production professionals. The developer assumes no liability for the structural integrity or venue compliance of any booth built inspired by the Application.
Certain features, fast processing, or high-resolution downloads may require the consumption of credits, an in-app purchase, or an active premium subscription.
Credits are used exclusively for AI generation inside the Application.
Credits hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the Application.
Subscription pricing and renewal terms are clearly displayed prior to purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed and canceled directly through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
The Application handles data according to its Privacy Policy. To provide the core functionality of the Application, your text design inputs are sent securely to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI and Replicate) to generate your requested booth concepts. No personal identifiers (like your name or email) are sent along with these design prompts.
The Application may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products/services) or provide links to third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the developer shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the developer. The developer may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device.
The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. The developer does not guarantee that the generated booth concepts will be accurate, buildable, venue-compliant, brand-compliant, or suitable for actual physical production.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application, or any physical booth construction inspired by it.
The developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Application after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
