Tradebook ("we", "our", or "us") is developed and operated by Anthony Darby. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Tradebook mobile application (the "App").

Tradebook is designed to work locally on your device. We do not require account registration, and we do not intentionally collect personal information on our servers.

- app preferences and configuration data

This information is stored locally on your device using the App's local storage.

- provide and operate the App

- improve your experience inside the App

Because the App stores data locally on your device, we retain that data until you delete it from the App or uninstall the App. If you clear the App's data or uninstall the App, locally stored information may be removed from your device.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect the App and the information stored on your device. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and the security of your device also affects the security of your data.

6. Children's Privacy

Tradebook is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the Effective Date above.
