AI Nation Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Trade AI mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By downloading, installing, or using Trade AI, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

a) Device Information
We collect a device-specific identifier (Device ID) to manage your account, including preferences, subscription status, and usage history. We may also collect your device model name for internal analytics and service improvement.
b) Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the App, including:
- Trading pairs analyzed and signals viewed
- Analysis history and frequency of use
- Feature usage patterns (chart analyzer, signals, alerts)
- App performance data and crash reports
c) Subscription Information
If you purchase a subscription, Google Play handles all payment processing. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial payment information.
d) Notification Data
If you enable push notifications, we collect your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to deliver signal alerts. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
e) Support Tickets
If you submit a support ticket, we collect the information you provide, including your message content and any screenshots you attach.
f) Language and Preferences
We store your preferred language, trading style, and experience level to personalize your experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App
- Generate and deliver AI-powered trading signals and analysis
- Manage your account, subscription, and usage limits
- Send push notification alerts for selected trading pairs
- Respond to your support tickets and inquiries

3. Third-Party Services
Our App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:
a) Google Play Services - For app distribution, in-app purchases, and subscription management.
b) Google AdMob - We display advertisements to free-tier users. AdMob may collect device information and advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's Google Settings.
c) Firebase Cloud Messaging - For delivering push notification alerts.
d) OpenAI API - Chart images and trading data are sent to OpenAI's API for AI analysis. This data is processed according to OpenAI's data usage policies and is not used to train AI models.

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on our servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at admin@ainationai.com.
Analysis history is retained for your reference and may be automatically deleted after 90 days of account inactivity.
6. Children's Privacy
Trade AI is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Free-tier users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized based on your device's advertising identifier. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:
