1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Information You Provide
In Short: We collect trade data and settings that you voluntarily provide when
using Trade AI.
When you use Trade AI, you may provide:
- Trade Information: Symbol/asset name, entry price, exit price, stop loss, take
profit, position size, direction (long/short), and trade type (Reality/Wouldve)
- Trade Notes: Personal notes, tags, and emotions you associate with your trades
- Settings: Starting balance, currency preferences, and app configuration
- Device Identifier: A unique device ID generated for data storage purposes
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
In Short: We automatically collect certain technical information when you use
our app.
We may automatically collect:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Usage Data: App interactions, features accessed, and timestamps
- Technical Data: IP address, error logs, and diagnostic information
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
Trade AI is designed with privacy in mind. We explicitly DO NOT collect:
- Real brokerage account information or credentials
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number) unless you
contact us
- Real financial transaction data or payment information
- Location data or precise geolocation
- Contact lists or social media accounts
- Any connection to real trading accounts or brokers
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
In Short: We use your information to provide trade journaling services and
improve app functionality.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To store, display, and calculate your simulated trade
history, P&L, and statistics
- Data Synchronization: To store and sync your trade journal across app sessions
using your device ID
- App Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve app performance and
features
- Technical Support: To diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations
3. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
In Short: We do not sell your information. We only share data with third-party
services necessary for app functionality.

We share limited information with the following services:
- Firebase/Google Cloud: For data storage, app configuration, and remote config
3.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to:
- Valid legal processes (subpoena, court order, or government request)

- Investigation of potential violations of our Terms of Use
- Detection and prevention of fraud or security issues

be transferred to the acquiring entity.
4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
In Short: Your data is stored on Firebase servers and retained as long as you
use the app.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services.
Specifically:
- Trade data and settings are stored until you delete them within the app
- If you uninstall the app, your data remains associated with your device ID and
will be restored upon reinstallation
- To permanently delete your data, you must delete all trades within the app
before uninstalling, or contact us for data deletion
- We may retain aggregated or anonymized data indefinitely for analytics purposes
5. DATA SECURITY
In Short: We implement security measures to protect your information, but no
system is 100% secure.
We use industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure cloud storage with Firebase
- Regular security audits and updates
- Access controls and authentication for backend systems
However, please note:
- No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure
- You are responsible for keeping your device secure
- We recommend using device lock screens and secure passwords
6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
In Short: You have rights to access, modify, and delete your data.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we store about you
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information (you can edit trades
in-app)
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data (delete trades within the app or
contact us)
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to certain data processing activities

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
In Short: Trade AI is not intended for children under 13.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a
parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal
information, please contact us at tory.pas@gmail.com.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In Short: Third-party services have their own privacy policies.
Trade AI integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy
policies:
- Google Firebase: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
9. DO NOT TRACK
In Short: We do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do Not Track (DNT)
feature. Currently, no uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals
has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
In Short: Your data may be stored and processed in different countries.
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located
outside of your jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. By using
Trade AI, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside
of your country of residence.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
In Short: We will notify you of material changes to this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective
immediately upon posting the updated policy in the app and on our website. We
will notify you of material changes by:
- Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy
- Displaying an in-app notification
Your continued use of Trade AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the
updated policy.
