Welcome to Trade AI, an app that provides AI-powered analysis of trading charts, including stocks, cryptocurrencies, and forex markets. By uploading or taking a picture of one or more trading charts, you receive AI-generated insights, potential trends, and other analytical commentary (collectively, the "Analysis").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trade AI, including our app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service" or "Services"). By accessing or using Trade AI, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Trade AI.

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is between you and Trade AI. Trade AI is responsible for the content, maintenance, and support of the app, as well as any claims related to it. Apple, Google, or any other platform provider has no obligations under this agreement.
By using Trade AI, you acknowledge that Apple, Google, and other platform providers are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Trade AI for personal, non-commercial purposes on any device that you own or control, as permitted by the applicable platform's usage rules. This license does not grant you ownership of the app or its intellectual property.
Trade AI is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Trade AI. Platform providers such as Apple or Google are not obligated to provide support or updates for the app.
The Analysis provided by Trade AI is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Any insights, predictions, or strategies generated by the AI are speculative and should not be relied upon for making financial decisions.
You should always conduct your own research, consult with licensed financial professionals, and use discretion before making any investments. Trade AI assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of any decisions you make based on the Analysis.
If the app fails to function as intended, you may notify Apple or Google, and they may refund your purchase (if applicable). Beyond that, Trade AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Trade AI is responsible for addressing any claims regarding the app, including but not limited to:
Product liability claims
Claims that the app does not comply with legal or regulatory requirements
Claims under consumer protection laws
If any third party claims that Trade AI infringes on their intellectual property rights, Trade AI will handle the investigation, defense, settlement, or resolution of such claims.
By using Trade AI, you represent and warrant that:
You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country.
You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Your use of Trade AI must comply with applicable third-party agreements, such as your wireless carrier's data plan or app store terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app or other methods. Continued use of Trade AI after modifications means you accept the revised Terms.
To use Trade AI, you must:

If under 18, have parental consent where required by law.
You are responsible for all activities under your Trade AI account. Protect your account credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
You agree to use Trade AI only for lawful purposes. Misuse of the Service may result in suspension or termination of your access.
To prevent abuse, we enforce usage limits. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restrictions or termination of access. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
If you believe that content in Trade AI violates your rights or these Terms, contact us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Trade AI at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
Trade AI offers subscription-based services. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription via your app store account settings. Once canceled, access to subscription features will continue until the end of the billing period.
Payments are processed through app store providers (Apple, Google, etc.). Refund requests must be made directly to your app store provider, as Trade AI does not process refunds.
Trade AI collects and processes data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through arbitration or mediation according to the governing law specified below.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trade AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of USA, unless otherwise required by law.
Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the rest remain in effect.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
