TraceMind ("the App", "we", "our") is a mobile puzzle game developed and
published by PATRICIA LN SAGALE LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we
handle information in connection with your use of the App.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. TraceMind is designed to function
without collecting any personal data from its players.
INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

TraceMind does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, address)
- Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, hardware IDs)
- Location data (GPS, IP-based, or otherwise)
- Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or other sensitive device permissions
- Financial or payment information
- Biometric data of any kind
- Health or fitness data
LOCAL DATA STORAGE

All game progress, best scores, and settings are stored locally on your device
only, using standard platform storage (SharedPreferences / local file storage).
This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to any server, and is
not accessible by PATRICIA LN SAGALE LLC or any third party.
You may delete all locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the App.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

TraceMind does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms,
advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or social login services at this
time.
Should this change in a future update, this Privacy Policy will be updated
prior to any such release, and users will be notified through the App's update
notes.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
------------------
TraceMind is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect any personal
data, the App is safe for children under 13 (COPPA) and under 16
(GDPR/COPPA-equivalent jurisdictions).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including
children.
INTERNET PERMISSIONS
--------------------
The App may request internet access permissions solely for the purpose of
serving ads in future versions or for optional online features. At this time,
no network requests are made during normal gameplay.
Any future use of internet connectivity will be disclosed in an updated
Privacy Policy.
DATA SECURITY

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no data in
transit to secure. Your on-device game data is protected by your device's own
security architecture (PIN, biometrics, encryption at rest).
YOUR RIGHTS

Regardless of your jurisdiction, you have the right to:
- Know what data is held about you (none, in our case)
- Request deletion of any data (uninstalling the App deletes all local data)
- Opt out of data sale or sharing (there is nothing to opt out of)
If you believe we have violated your privacy rights in any way, please contact
us immediately using the information below.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

PATRICIA LN SAGALE LLC reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any
time. Updates will be posted within the App and will take effect immediately
upon posting. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance
of the revised policy.
