SHORT TERM FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (COMCARE)

OBJECTIVES:

Provide short term (maximum of 6 months) financial assistance to needy residents 

CRITERIA:

a. Monthly Household income $1,900 and below and per capita of $650 and below,

and

b. Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, and

c. Looking for work or temporarily unable to work due to illness or have to care for the children, elderly etc, and

d. Little or no family support to help with the daily needs
