If you want deep bass, a massive 70-hour battery life, and highly customizable EQ modes for long listening sessions, choose TOZO HA1; if you need superior call clarity with Environmental Noise Cancellation, dual-device connectivity for multitasking, and a lighter build designed for travel, choose acer OHR516.
• TOZO HA1: Delivers an impressive 70-hour battery life and offers 32 custom EQ modes via its app, but it lacks the specific environmental noise cancellation technology found in the competitor's mic array.
• acer OHR516: Features advanced Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) for crystal clear calls and supports connecting two devices simultaneously, though it offers slightly less total playback time than the TOZO model.
• Who is this for?: The TOZO HA1 is the ideal pick for music lovers and gamers who prioritize extended battery life and sound customization, while the acer OHR516 is the better choice for professionals attending webinars who need seamless switching between a laptop and phone.
The TOZO HA1 stands out immediately as a powerhouse for anyone who needs their headphones to last through marathon work or study sessions without hunting for a charger. With a battery that boasts up to 70 hours of average life, this headset effectively eliminates the anxiety of running out of power mid-day. Whether you are commuting, working from home, or just trying to get through a long week of online classes, the sheer endurance of this unit means you can charge it once every few weeks rather than every night. This makes it particularly attractive for travelers or students who might not always have immediate access to a power outlet during the day.
Audio customization is another major draw here. The inclusion of 32 custom EQ modes accessible through the dedicated app allows you to tailor the sound profile exactly to your preference. If you prefer heavy bass for gaming or video games, or if you want to boost the mids for podcast listening, you have granular control over the output. The 40mm dynamic drivers support a frequency range of 20Hz to 20KHz, ensuring a wide sonic spectrum. Furthermore, the low-latency mode reduces delay to a minimum of 78ms, which is critical for syncing audio with video content on movies or fast-paced games.

However, this product is best suited for those who prioritize personal listening enjoyment over professional communication tools. While it does feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to block out ambient noise for better immersion, it does not explicitly list the specialized Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) technology often required for high-fidelity voice transmission in busy offices. If your primary goal is simply to enjoy music, movies, or gaming with zero interruptions and maximum battery autonomy, the TOZO HA1 is a compelling option. The compact design and plastic enclosure keep it relatively light at 235 grams, making it comfortable for daily use, but it is built more around the "listen" experience than the "talk" experience.
For professionals and remote workers, the acer OHR516 is engineered specifically to handle the demands of modern hybrid work environments. The standout feature here is the combination of Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) and Dual Device Connection. The ENC technology works to suppress background noise during conversations, ensuring that your voice comes through crisp and clear even when you are in a noisy café or a bustling household. This is a crucial distinction for anyone using these headphones for webinars, video conferences, or client calls where being heard clearly is just as important as hearing others. You don't have to worry about your microphone picking up the dog barking or the coffee maker humming.
Multitasking is handled effortlessly thanks to the ability to connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. You can be paired with both your laptop for a meeting and your smartphone for incoming texts or calls, switching between them instantly with a single click. This removes the friction of disconnecting and reconnecting, which is a common pain point for people juggling multiple screens. The memory foam ear cushions provide all-day comfort, and the lightweight construction at 229 grams ensures they won't weigh you down during long Zoom sessions. The 40mm drivers with 96kHz HD decoding promise rich audio quality for media consumption as well, so you aren't sacrificing entertainment value for work utility.
While the battery life is still robust at 60 hours with ANC off (or 40 hours with it on), it falls slightly short of the TOZO HA1's maximum potential. However, the trade-off is worth it for the added functionality. The USB-C fast charging capability means you can get five hours of music from just five minutes of charging, which is perfect for those mornings where you forget to plug in before leaving the house. The foldable design with rotatable ear cups makes packing it into a bag for travel incredibly easy. If your workflow involves constant switching between work and personal calls, or if you are frequently on video calls, the technical features of the acer OHR516 make it the superior tool for the job.

After analyzing the specifications and intended use cases, I would personally buy the acer OHR516. While the TOZO HA1 wins on raw battery longevity and EQ variety, the reality of modern digital life—especially for webinars—demands reliability in communication. The Environmental Noise Cancellation and dual-device pairing capabilities of the acer OHR516 solve actual problems that occur during meetings, whereas the extra battery hours of the TOZO model are nice but rarely the deciding factor for a daily driver. In my opinion, the ability to switch seamlessly between your laptop and phone while ensuring your voice cuts through background noise makes the acer OHR516 the smarter investment for anyone serious about productivity.
The acer OHR516 includes Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) specifically designed to filter out background noise for clearer voice transmission, making it superior for calls compared to the TOZO HA1's standard ANC.
Only the acer OHR516 supports dual device connection, allowing you to stay linked to both your computer and phone simultaneously without manual re-pairing.
The TOZO HA1 offers up to 70 hours of playback, while the acer OHR516 provides up to 60 hours with ANC off and 40 hours with ANC on.
Both models feature 40mm drivers and Bluetooth 5.4, but the TOZO HA1 is optimized for low-latency performance (78ms), making it slightly better for synchronous video and gaming experiences.
