As you can see in the screenshot, truckmods.co, a truck simulator modding site, has reposted my modland.net listings for Toxobot's No Fines, No Damage, and Free Stuff mods. These listings were never and will never be authorized by me. Truckmods.co has stolen my intellectual property, the Toxobot brand, and is participating in copyright infringement. While the mods themselves are licensed under the GNU GPL v3, the Toxobot brand and text of the listing is my copyrighted material, and is to be used by me only. They even edited the Modland.net listings' thumbnails to remove the Modland.net watermark, which shows that they are knowingly participating in copyright infringement. Do not download unauthorized copies of Toxobot's Mods from Truckmods.co, or any other location, as they could contain unauthorized modifications, such as viruses, that could harm your game or computer.

Here is some information we have gathered on Truckmods.co. As a company named Domains by Proxy, LLC registered the domain (through GoDaddy), we have no details on the individual(s) behind the website.

When?: Truckmods.co appears to have been established on November 16th, 2016. We believe they stole our mods and reposted them anywhere between February 12, 2017 (one day after they were posted on Modland.net and Toxobot's Mods), as said on their listings, until we found out on July 25, 2018. This page was created on July 26th.

Has this site stolen other mod creators' content?: We don't know, but the Toxobot Creative Network may do an investigation.

Has this site stolen all of Toxobot's Mods?: Of the 6 mods that have been released by Toxobot's Mods, only 3 (the mods for American Truck Simulator) have been stolen by Truckmods.co.

If the mods are under the GNU GPL v3, isn't redistribution allowed?: Redistribution of the mods' code is fine, but the code cannot be released with "Toxobot" branding. This branding is not under the GNU GPL v3, and is not part of the mods' license, as that applies to the code only. The "Toxobot" branding is intellectual property of the Toxobot Creative Network, which was created directly as a result of this to protect the IP. Truckmods.co has been redistributing the files with all of the Toxobot branding attached, which is copyright infringement.
