This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and handled when you access or use the mobile game and its related services (collectively, the "Application"). CLINIFLO LTD is referred to throughout this document as the "Service Provider".
When you install and use the Application, certain information may be collected automatically or provided by you, which may include:

Aggregated or anonymized information may occasionally be provided to external service providers to assist the Service Provider with improving Tower Stacker, analyzing performance, and maintaining service quality. The Service Provider keeps personal information only for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
User Provided Data: Generally maintained while you use the Application and for up to 12 additional months, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
Automatically Collected Data: Normally retained for a period of no more than 24 months from the date it is obtained, except where longer storage is legally necessary.

You may stop the Application from collecting additional information from your device by uninstalling Tower Stacker through the standard removal process available on your mobile device. Removing the Application stops future collection through the game but does not automatically erase information that was previously transferred to the Service Provider or third-party providers.

Tower Stacker is not specifically directed toward children younger than 13, or any higher minimum age that may apply under local law. The Service Provider does not knowingly seek personal information from children who are below the applicable age threshold. If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information from a child has been collected in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to remove it from its systems. The Service Provider uses reasonable physical, technical, electronic, and organizational protections intended to safeguard information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. If a security incident results in a legally reportable breach involving personal information, the Service Provider will provide notifications as required by applicable law and, where required, describe the relevant circumstances and remedial actions.
Where consent is the legal basis for processing, you provide that consent by actively choosing to enable the applicable feature, permission, or activity. You may withdraw consent at any time, although such withdrawal will not affect processing that lawfully occurred before the withdrawal. Information processed under other applicable legal bases will continue to be handled according to those respective lawful grounds.
