Remove an object in the image

A feature that helps TouchRetouch attract millions of users around the globe. With just a few basic steps, you can delete unwanted objects from your photos. For professional photo editors, they often take hours to edit a photo with sophisticated tools, but you can do this in a few quick steps.

To remove an object, you can choose either Brush and Lasso tools. Brush helps you to erase a large object. Drag your finger around an object, select Go. The application will delete the object and make it as if it did not exist. Besides, Lasso will black out the entire object and delete that object. You can adjust the size of the brush strokes to black out more accurately. If the details are too small, use the zoom in / zoom out.

In my experience, this feature does not always work the way we expect. In many cases, you will fail to delete objects, which can cause your photos to be distorted. You need to practice a lot of times to get the picture right.

Line removal

This is a feature I did not expect much when installing TouchRetouch. But after use, it’s really impressive. Instead of using the Lasso and Brush tools I introduced, the app automatically recognizes straight lines such as lines, wire, and you can easily delete them. Your photos will be much more artistic and beautiful. However, in case your image has many colors and complex objects, use the Segment Removal feature to identify each segment of the line. You can then choose to delete each segment.

Quick repair

In case you want to erase small details with just a brush like an acne, scars, use Quick Repair. This app will remove blemishes on your photos easily and quickly.

Besides, the Clone Stamp tool helps you remove broken areas after you delete an object. This tool also helps you move an object to another location in the same photo. Don’t forget to adjust the opacity and size of the object before you move it. In addition, Clone Stamp also has a Mirroring feature, it helps you create a mirror image for your photos.
