Terms and Conditions for Touch Screen Lock

Effective Date: 1 April 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Touch Screen Lock mobile application (the "App") operated by G&G Software Ltd ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers optional "Premium" features that can be unlocked via In-App Purchases. We offer various purchasing options, including a one-time lifetime unlock, as well as recurring monthly and yearly subscriptions.

Payment Processing: All In-App Purchases and subscriptions are processed and managed entirely by Google Play. We do not process your payment information, nor do we have access to your credit card details. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service and their payment processing rules.

Subscription Cancellations: If you purchase a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly), it will automatically renew unless you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the subscriptions menu in the Google Play Store app on your device. Upon cancellation, your Premium features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Refund Policy: Because all transactions are handled by Google Play, refunds are strictly governed by Google Play’s refund policies.

• If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a refund directly through Google Play within their specified automated refund window (typically 48 hours).

• Beyond Google Play's automated refund window, all sales are final. We do not offer, process, or authorize direct refunds for subscriptions or lifetime purchases, except where required by applicable consumer law.

2. Ad-Supported Version

The free version of Touch Screen Lock is supported by third-party advertisements. By using the free version, you acknowledge that you will be shown ads. Users in the UK and European Economic Area (EEA) will be prompted to manage their consent regarding personalized advertising in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Purchasing any Premium tier permanently removes all third-party advertisements from the App.

3. Proper Use and Restrictions

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: temporarily disabling touch inputs on your personal device screen. You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.

• Use the App to interfere with critical device functions, emergency calls, or essential security features of your operating system.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to ensure the App is heavily optimized and reliable, G&G Software Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's complete uninterrupted functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall G&G Software Ltd, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

• Any unintentional locking of your device, missed alarms, or missed communications while the App is active.

• Any unauthorized access to your device resulting from your failure to secure your device natively.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, functionality, and graphic assets, is and will remain the exclusive property of G&G Software Ltd. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
