Terms of Use — Cat Sound

These terms apply to the Cat Sound iOS app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
1. Entertainment purpose
Cat Sound is an entertainment app. Meow "translations", mood readings, breed results and similar features are playful, curated interpretations — they are not scientific analysis, real animal-language translation or veterinary diagnostics, and no result should be treated as factual.
2. Not veterinary advice
Care guides, first-aid notes, food and health tips in the app share general well-being information for convenience only. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any health concern, emergency, medication or vaccination decision.
3. Your content
Voice recordings, photos and profiles you create stay on your device and remain yours. We do not receive or claim any rights over them. Deleting the app deletes them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer or extract its content or sounds for redistribution, or use it in any way that could distress or harm animals. Play sounds for your cat responsibly and at a comfortable volume.
5. Intellectual property
The app, including its design, artwork, text and curated content, is protected by copyright and remains the property of the developer or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices as allowed by the App Store terms.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on its entertainment content.
8. Changes
We may update the app's features and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
