This Privacy Policy explains how TopCircuit ("we", "us", "our"), operated by TopCircuit, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the TopCircuit mobile application (the "App") available on Google Play, and related services including the TopCircuit Store at topcircuit.in. By using the App, you agree to this policy. Replace every item in with your own details before publishing.
Information you provide directly:
Account information – when you sign up or sign in (including via Google Sign-In), we collect your name, email address, and profile photo.
AI Assistant inputs – questions, circuit descriptions, code, and images you submit to the TopCircuit AI Co-Pilot are processed to generate responses.
Store information – when you order from the TopCircuit Store (topcircuit.in), we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, email, and order details.
Support messages – information you send us when contacting support.
Information collected automatically:
Usage data – features used (calculators, pinouts, projects viewed), favorites, search queries, session duration, and crash logs.
Device data – device model, operating system version, app version, language, and general (approximate) location derived from IP address.
Identifiers – a device or installation identifier used for analytics and push notifications.
We do not collect your precise GPS location, contacts, call logs, or SMS.

The App never uses the camera or microphone in the background.
We use the information we collect to:
Create and manage your account and personalize your experience (e.g., saved favorites, recent tools)
Provide App features: calculators, pinout visualizers, project guides, cheat sheets, and the AI Co-Pilot
Process, deliver, and support orders placed through the TopCircuit Store
Send service communications and, with your consent, promotional notifications
Analyze usage, fix crashes, and improve App performance and content
Detect fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
The App uses trusted third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. Keep only the ones your app actually uses:
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics – usage analytics and crash reporting
Firebase Cloud Messaging – push notifications
[AI provider, e.g., Google Gemini API / OpenAI] – processes AI Assistant queries; do not include passwords or sensitive personal data in AI chats
[Payment gateway, e.g., Razorpay / PayU] – processes store payments; we never see or store your full card details
[Ad network, e.g., Google AdMob] – delete this line if the App shows no ads
The "Buy" section of the App opens our online store at topcircuit.in. When you place an order:
Your name, address, phone number, and email are used only to process, ship, and support your order
Payments are handled by our payment gateway; card/UPI details go directly to the gateway and are never stored on our servers
Order details may be shared with courier/logistics partners solely for delivery
Purchases are also governed by the store's Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy at [topcircuit.in]
Sharing. We share personal data only with the service providers listed above (hosting, analytics, payments, delivery, AI processing), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users' safety. We never sell personal data.
Retention. Account data is kept while your account is active. Order records are kept as required by tax and accounting law. Analytics and crash data are kept in aggregated or anonymized form.
Deletion. You can delete your account and associated data at any time:
In the App: Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or
Email us at [support@topcircuit.in] with the subject "Account Deletion" from your registered email.
We will delete your personal data within [30] days, except data we must retain by law (e.g., invoices).
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel, and we use industry-standard safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach as required by law.
The App is an educational electronics tool intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at [support@topcircuit.in] and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your personal data
Withdraw consent for optional processing (e.g., promotional notifications)
Object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data
Complain to your local data protection authority
To exercise any right, email support@topcircuit.in. You can also manage notifications in your device settings and revoke Google account access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
