Tools 365 is mobile application base company, offering a lot of services & handy tools for mobiles. We offer multiple applications for mobile phone devices. Our aim is to make daily life easy with handy tools for mobile phones.

As we offer tools base applications for mobile phone devices, apps need to access mobile phone data for use of application. Here we discuss how we get, manage & control data and privacy of our users.

What Our Applications Need to Access:

Our applications need to access mobile phone storage and multiple services for proper working. A few examples will help you to understand what permissions our applications needed.

Device Storage:

Device storage access is required for applications to write data in device. As we did not use our servers to store data, all the data is stored in users device. Thus our apps need permission to access storage to read and write data in device.

Media Access:

Applications which give services regarding media will need gallery permission. This permission is basic for working on media base apps.

Location Services:

Applications which give location base services will need to access location. All the data will be used within users device or some SDKs which are providing services.

Above examples are showing that applications need access only in related services. It is necessary for applications to get permission before providing services

Why We Need Access:

In most simple words, our applications need access to provide services. For example, a camera base application cannot give camera base services if the application didn’t have access to camera. Same like, if a location and navigation base application didn’t have access to location of device, it is not possible to provide location base services. Our applications need access only for provision of services and working.

How We Manage Users Data:

Privacy of our users is important to us. All the data accessed by our applications is saved in user’s device. We do not use our servers to store any user data. We not even get any users data. All the user data accessed by any of our application is stored in user’s device. Users can clear all the data anytime. We never access and store any of user data out of user’s device.

Some Third Party Services:

Sometimes we use third party SDKs for better working of our applications. We mostly used trusted and verified third party services. Furthermore, privacy policy links of some of these third party services are attached. You can read their privacy terms on their privacy pages.
