Thanks so much for your interest in my in-home petsitting services in and around Denver, Colorado. My name is Kate, and I have what some might consider an unhealthy obsession with dogs. After growing up with many dogs throughout childhood, I adopted my souldog, Oliver (the cool guy in my logo), who was my entire world for 13 years. Once he crossed the rainbow bridge, I later began exploring petsitting to get my dog fix. I've had the amazing opportunity to take care of many sweet pups and cats, and consider myself lucky to be trusted with the most important members of your family. Many of the pets I've watched are pictured throughout this site!
Columbus friends: Please note, I've moved to Colorado as of January 2026. Thank you for your support during my time in Ohio!
Me and the love of my life, Oliver, very tired after a day of hiking in Vermont.
Please click here to be taken to my informational form, which requests general info about you, your pet(s), and the dates that you're looking for a sitter.
If you have any questions prior to or while filling out the form, feel free to email me at toocoolforkennels303@gmail.com.
Rates are dependent on a few factors including number of pets, duration of stay, location, and level of care needed. The best way to receive an estimate is by completing the informational form linked here; I'll review the details and then provide you with a quote within 24 hours. I consider my rates fair as they are based on the current market for Denver, and also account for my many years of experience with animals.
Once we've discussed the details of your request and you've decided to move forward with booking (yay!), please click here to complete your intake form. This will provide me with all of the important information about your pet(s), your home, trip details, etc.
After you've completed the form, please send a 50% deposit via Venmo or Zelle within 48 hours to hold your dates.
I ask that the remaining 50% be sent within 24 hours of the start of your trip. QR codes for Venmo and Zelle can be found below. The codes can be scanned by a phone camera to open on a computer or tablet, or press and hold the QR code image to open on your phone.
References | I completely understand that leaving your pets with someone new can be worrisome. I'm more than happy to provide you with references of pet owners who have used my services. We can also schedule a FaceTime call to answer any questions you may have prior to your trip!
Arrival and Departure | I've found that arriving after the owners have left the home is typically best for the pets. That way, they're focused more on someone new arriving (yay!) rather than seeing their parents leaving AND a new person coming in at the same time (chaos!).
On the day you're returning home, please let me know what time you're comfortable with me departing. I typically leave before you arrive, as I understand that after a long day of traveling, you just want to be home and relaxing with your pets. A welcome home note will be left that outlines anything notable that wasn't already discussed while you were away.
Say Cheese! | I went to school for photography, so I'm basically the pet paparazzi; I LOVE to take photos of the animals I watch. It's a great way to keep owners not only updated throughout the day but also reassured that their furbaby is doing well. I'm happy to FaceTime as much as you'd like while you're away.
Your Home | I'm big on cleanliness and feel that leaving a home as good as or better than I found it is a sign of respect. Before I depart, all trash and recycling will be taken out, kitchen & bathroom cleaned, and used linens started in the washer.
Thank you for visiting!
Please give your pets a belly rub for me!
