New Film "Imaginary" announced from FNaF Producer

In the wake of the most recent release of Five Nights at Freddy's to theaters and Peacock, Blumhouse Studios has announced its next release with an odd and intriguing teaser. 

The teaser begins with a child’s voice asking, “Hi, wanna play a game with me? Close your eyes and use your imagination.” As footsteps, door creaks and the unsettling whirr of children’s toys sound around you. The sound design is so immersive it reminds me of those odd ASMR videos on YouTube. The child's voice then says to open your eyes and flashes a bunch of eerie images on screen before revealing the title of the film in question. 

With an interesting teaser like that, it may be best for horror fans to keep an eye out for Imaginary, releasing exclusively to theaters on March 8th, 2024. Watch the full teaser now in theaters alongside Five Nights at Freddy's as the teaser has not been uploaded to YouTube.
