Tomchi — Privacy Policy

Tomchi (“the App”) is a hydration-tracking application that connects to the Tomchi smart water bottle over Bluetooth to help you monitor your daily water intake. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how.

1. Information we collect

The App stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Profile data you enter: first name, last name, weight, age, height, gender, and daily water goal.

• App settings: selected language, notification preference, and the identifier of your paired Bluetooth device.

• Hydration data: water amounts and timestamps measured by your Tomchi device.

We do not collect your email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any account information. The App has no user accounts.

2. How we use the information

The information is used solely to provide the App’s features: showing your hydration progress, generating a drinking schedule, and sending reminders. All processing happens on your device.

3. Data storage and sharing

• All data is stored locally on your phone and on your physical Tomchi device.

• We do not send your data to any server or cloud.

• We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties.

• The App contains no advertising and no analytics/tracking SDKs.

4. Permissions

• Bluetooth — to find and connect to your Tomchi smart bottle and receive weight/water data.

• Location (Android 11 and below only) — required by the Android operating system to allow Bluetooth scanning. The App does not use, collect, or store your location. On Android 12+ this permission is not requested.

• Notifications — to remind you to drink water according to your schedule.

5. Data retention and deletion

Your data remains on your device until you delete it. You can clear all data at any time by uninstalling the App. Resetting the Tomchi device clears the data stored on the device.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Tomchi — Maxfiylik siyosati

Tomchi (“Ilova”) — Bluetooth orqali Tomchi aqlli suv idishiga ulanib, kunlik suv iste’molingizni kuzatishga yordam beruvchi ilova. Ushbu siyosat Ilova qanday ma’lumotlarni ishlatishini tushuntiradi.

1. Qanday ma’lumot yig‘iladi

Ilova quyidagilarni faqat qurilmangizda saqlaydi:

• Profil: ism, familiya, vazn, yosh, bo‘y, jins va kunlik suv me’yori.

• Sozlamalar: tanlangan til, bildirishnoma sozlamasi va ulangan Bluetooth qurilma identifikatori.

• Suv ma’lumotlari: Tomchi qurilmasi o‘lchagan suv miqdori va vaqtlari.

Biz elektron pochta, telefon raqami, aniq joylashuv, kontaktlar yoki hisob ma’lumotlarini yig‘maymiz. Ilovada foydalanuvchi hisoblari yo‘q.

2. Ma’lumotdan qanday foydalaniladi

Ma’lumot faqat Ilova funksiyalari uchun ishlatiladi: suv iste’moli tarixi, jadval va eslatmalar. Barcha hisob-kitob qurilmangizda bajariladi.

3. Saqlash va ulashish

• Barcha ma’lumot faqat mahalliy — telefoningizda va Tomchi qurilmangizda saqlanadi.

• Ma’lumotlaringiz hech qanday serverga yuborilmaydi.

• Uchinchi tomonlarga berilmaydi, sotilmaydi.

• Ilovada reklama va tahlil (analytics) yo‘q.

4. Ruxsatlar

• Bluetooth — Tomchi idishiga ulanish va suv ma’lumotlarini olish uchun.

• Joylashuv (faqat Android 11 va past) — Android tizimi Bluetooth qidiruvi uchun talab qiladi. Ilova joylashuvni ishlatmaydi va saqlamaydi. Android 12+ da so‘ralmaydi.

• Bildirishnomalar — suv ichishni eslatish uchun.

5. Saqlash muddati va o‘chirish

Ma’lumot siz o‘chirmaguningizcha qurilmangizda qoladi. Ilovani o‘chirib tashlasangiz, barcha ma’lumot o‘chadi. Tomchi qurilmasini reset qilsangiz, qurilmadagi ma’lumot tozalanadi.

6. Bolalar maxfiyligi

Ilova 13 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalarga mo‘ljallanmagan va ulardan ma’lumot yig‘maydi.

7. O‘zgarishlar

Ushbu siyosat vaqti-vaqti bilan yangilanishi mumkin. O‘zgarishlar shu sahifada yangilangan sana bilan e’lon qilinadi.
