High Voltage Test Jigs

Custom transformers require custom test jigs to aid in high voltage testing. Parts were designed in SolidWorks and 3D printed. Assembly was constructed through soldering and machining. The jigs increased the testing speed by 20 seconds per part.
6+ custom test jigs were required to be manufactured at once. To meet the urgent deadline, 3 were assembled through machining while the others were being 3D printed.
